Vacation rentals with a patio in Mondello Beach

The house is amazing. So clean, modern and stylish. High spec kitchen and bathroom and spotlessly clean. Comfortable bed. Wonderful, sunny roof terrace and about a 20 minute walk to the beach. A choice of restaurants nearby and on the way to the beach. Handy for the airport and Salvatore drove us there to catch our flight. I don’t think there is WiFi.

The place was SO BEAUTIFUL! If you are looking for a place in Palermo look no further! Marina is such a nice lady and the communication was perfect! Not a single comment on the place! Amazing view and peaceful location walking distance to everywhere! Thank you for this beautiful experience

An amazing place,in a great location. We had a fantastic time, the restaurant outside the door was great and super friendly, the guy who greeted us on arrival was lovely and helpful, the roof terrace was wonderful and even the sofa was comfortable. We would come back and recommend it this place whole heartedly.

Beautiful spacious apartment in a secure quality residence. A parking space is available, which is really a plus for parking your vehicle during our discoveries of the surroundings of Palermo. We were really at home. Maria Louisa is responsive and efficient. We had a wifi connection problem and the next morning, a technician from the operator came to change the box. She gave us addresses and recommended several places to visit. Thanks to her.

Francesco was a really, really wonderful host. He picked me up at the bus station and drove me to the apartment. It is in a delightful old building, right on the waterfront and within walking distance of many of Palermo's highlights- e.g. the Orto Botanico , Palazzo Butera and many more. It was secure, quiet and charmingly furnished with everything you need including a fabulous terrace. Francesco provided food, fruit juice, water and wine on arrival (and there is a supermarket nearby). He also arranged to have my kindle sent on to me when I left it behind. What a legend! This is one of the nicest Airbnbs I have stayed in!

We loved staying at Isabella’s place. We could see the sea from the large balcony and, although the inside area is small, it has all you need. We were made very welcome and shown round the area by Marco who also collected us from the station. We were given great recommendations about restaurants, the local festival and places to visit. We enjoyed the local bottle of wine left for us. Questions were always answered straight away. Portocello and the attached villages are unspoilt. This isn’t a big tourist centre. There is easy access to Palermo and Cefalu by train. Thank you for a great few days.

Luigi’s home in Palermo has everything you need when staying in Palermo. Whether it be short term or long term location is ideal to everything you’d want to see and need. Great communication and hospitality was beyond my expectations. Looking forward to staying at Luigi’s next time I visit Palermo.

Beautiful hosts who were so helpful. The villa was beautiful and felt so authentically Sicilian. Very comfortable, roomy and clean. Decorated beautifully with gorgeous art everywhere.

Cozy appartement surrounded by a beautiful garden. Really nice outdoor kitchen, well equipped and clean. Perfect space for a couple or family of three. Roberto and Antonio were super friendly and helpful. Definite recommendation!

The house was new and very clean and tidy and very well equipped. The bed was very comfortable and all the rooms had mosquito netting. Tizana and her husband were there to greet us which was really great. the description was correct the only minus was the beach. We would certainly stay here again.

location in the heart of the historic city, near the port of La Cala with many restaurants. The airport shuttle bus (€6/pers) leaves you in Via Roma and walk 10 minutes to find the secure accommodation. Angelo leaves you the instructions very cozy and ultra clean apartment with a queen bed upstairs and a sofa bed downstairs . Palermo is to be discovered with its riches of monuments. I recommend we were delighted!

Very friendly hosts, flexible with times and helpful. The house is very big and located in a quiet neighborhood. Close to the airport and a good location to discover Palermo and the north of the island.

My family stayed one night at Serena’s home. We initially chose it because we had an early flight out of PMO, but the little beach town where the home sits is so charming and beautiful! Really a gem and free of the tourist clutter that you find in the big brand Sicilian destination towns. Serena and her father Michele were so welcoming and kind. Serena shared a long list of local recommendations and check-in and check-out was a breeze. The home is traditional and very smartly decorated. The bedrooms are one flight up and the kitchen and living area is one floor above that. There is also a very sweet outdoor space on the second floor that is great for hanging out or having breakfast al fresco. Terrasina was an unexpected gem and Serena’s place was a perfect place to stay. We could not recommend it enough for a family of four or two couples.

We had a very good night, the place was spotless in terms of cleanliness and amenities. The host offered us a shuttle despite our very late arrival! He was friendly and discreet, I recommend it!

The apartment is quite large, I got a bit lost at first! Large and airy with everything we needed. We enjoyed breakfasting on the terrace. It could be a bit noisy at times but was often quite peaceful. An easy walk to the old town and plenty of amenities nearby ie bakery and supermarket as well as many places to eat. Roberto was a great host always responding to our queries promptly. Would definitely recommend.

It was an exceptional stay, and Giuseppe was an excellent host. Super recommended.

Elisa is very considerate, very responsive, always ready to help and offer good advice. Very large accommodation, extremely well equipped with all the necessities, small touches. Very large terrace very nice. Just under half an hour by bus from tourist sites - direct line every 5 minutes to old Palermo. Shops – supermarket, restaurants, bakery... – right next door. Accommodation that must be particularly appreciated in summer during hot weather due to its design. Quiet residence.
