Casa nostra è a due minuti a piedi dalla bellissima spiaggia di mondello. La casa è stata recentemente ristrutturata, finemente arredata e ha il parquet. Dal salotto sempre pieno di luce si accede alla cucina e a alla grande terrazza con vista sulle montagne, dove è possibile mangiare, fare la doccia, rilassarsi sui lettini e godersi serate splendide. Questa è una casa che abitiamo anche noi per 3 mesi l'anno e ci piace ospitare persone che vogliano questo tipo di esperienza su airbnb: reale!

Exclusive and independent apartment within a splendid villa overlooking a delightful cove along the Addaura coastline, which links Palermo to the well-known Mondello beach. For guests who will not settle for a house just by the sea but want it ON the sea. Access to the sea is private and direct, through a private gate and a few steps that lead from the front door to a comfortable seafront frequented only by the villa's guests. The host's family lives in the villa, in independent apartments.

Villa Tina offers all kinds of comforts, a modern infinity pool surrounded by a green lawn, and relaxation areas with a table and chairs. Inside we have a comfortable living area with TV, a bathroom with bathtub/shower, a kitchen with an equipped island, with a coffee machine, dishwasher, breakfast area and TV. Upstairs we find two double bedrooms, a single bedroom and a bathroom with shower. The villa is 5 minutes from the renowned Mondello beach and 10 km from the center of Palermo.

From the two terraces you can admire the typical Liberty-style villas, while inside the apartment is spread over two levels: the living area has a very large living area, kitchen, bathroom, and laundry room; while on the upper floor there is the sleeping area with two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower and bathtub. 5 minutes from the sea.

The sea can be reached via an access point located 70 meters from the Villa across the road.
