Vacation rentals with a patio in Mondello Beach

Salavatore's apartment is modern, clean and beautifully decorated. The roof terrace is a dream on one side, the mountains on the other side, you can enjoy the sunset in the evening. The communication with Salvatore was perfect and the check-in worked great. You could also arrive late in the evening as it works with a lockbox. Parking is available right in front of the house, or a little below on the street. Various grocery stores and good restaurants are very close. Nearest beach is about 20 min. by walk. All in all, we enjoyed Cinisi very much. ☀️

Lovely little studio apartment with a very thoughtful design and nice little touch sea everywhere. Terrace was great to sit on for a drink (it’s good for two people). About a 15-20min walk to the historic center and close to restaurants and bars. Would definitely recommend this place to friends and family

First of all, this apartment’s location is unbeatable—literally in the heart of amazing restaurants and walkable to many sites. Secondly, this apartment was so well furnished and laid out, it felt so artistic and peaceful. We looked forward to coming back home each night. Leandro is a wonderful host and was always very responsive. We had one issue with the toilet and he responded immediately and got it fixed within 15 minutes. 10/10 host! Grazie mille, Leandro!

We began our engagement moon in Palermo, and this apartment was the perfect start to the week. Just steps from the Teatro Massimo and the main drag, it was gorgeous, spacious, and had amazing air conditioning! The host was extremely responsive and helpful, and was flexible with our arrival time as we were out exploring the city. They gave a great recommendation for a safe parking lot nearby in advance and set us up with a driver to take us to Monreale when we realized driving ourselves would be complicated. It felt like a good friend was helping to plan our trip. We highly recommend this perfect apartment and are grateful for the communicative team running it!

Francesco was really helpful, met us for check in and gave us lots of recommendations. He also provided fruit, water and wine as well as store cupboard essentials.

Very nice apartment. Everything you need. Parking would be right outside the front door. Getting there by public transport is a bit time-consuming, especially with two children. Small shops just around the corner (mini-market with selected groceries, mini drugstore and bakery). The beach is within walking distance and beautiful. Bus stop to Palermo also not far away and runs very often.

My experience was great! The host was extremely responsive and helpful both before arrival and during the stay, making sure everything was perfect right away and that we didn't miss anything. The apartment is equipped with every comfort, clean and cozy to make us feel immediately at home. I'll definitely stay with them again!

We had a wonderful time at Alice's! It's a quiet house in an affluent neighbourhood in the centre of Mondello, with a beautiful garden. We enjoyed the nearby cafés and the short walk to the sea. The host was very helpful and accommodating, and fulfilled all our requests. We highly recommend Alice's house!

Giulia's apartment is well equipped, perfectly located near the beach but in a quiet neighborhood. Giulia and Elena were very responsive and helpful when we had requests. We enjoyed our stay very much, grazie mille!

Amazing place in Mondello! Easy walk to the beach, nature reserve, restaurants, and grocery story. The place was even cuter than the pictures, and the balcony was super nice!

Torre Granatelli was clean, tidy, charming and a haven away from the outside world. Check-in was painless we were given all the information we needed about the local restaurants and Maria went as far as to book one for us when we arrived due to the lateness of our flight. nothing was to much trouble. she was always there if we needed anything Torre Granatelli is a good 30-40 minute walk from the old town/harbour area, so we ended up getting a very good taxi that Maria recommended and used him to get to where we wanted to go when it was on the otherside of town and for the transfer back to the airport. All in all a very nice stay with lovely host/s

The stay was beautiful, very peaceful and the house was really big with lots of balconies and space! The rooftop was amazing. Laura was also so extremely helpful. We had a bit trouble with getting around since the taxis doesn’t want to drive inside Carini, just to take us outside the city. So Laura helped us getting a local taxi driver who was incredible too. The surroundings are beautiful, not that many restaurants and hard to find a grocery store nearby, but the ones that exist have really nice and friendly staff. The place is really close to the ocean, easy to take a nice walk. We were really happy with our stay, the house was perfect.

Honestly the place was better than the photos and Matthias was a really cool host. Responsive and very attentive. The place is well located near the center (10min walk) and very calm with a beautiful outside. I couldn’t recommend you more this place.

We were in the villa as a girls' group and immediately felt at home. We had a very nice time.

Very nice place to stay, incredible hospitality, within walking distance of a beautiful beach (not crowded). Perfect place to discover Palermo and its surroundings.

It was so wonderful to stay at I Colori Della Sicilia’s place! Giuseppe and his wife welcomed us warmly and left coffee and breakfast treats for us for the next morning. The apartment was adorable, clean, modern, and had everything we needed! The bed was super comfortable and the bathroom was beautiful! Shortly after we arrived, we were headed to a nearby pizzeria for dinner. My husband and I looked somewhat confused about how to get there so Giuseppe invited us to jump in his car as he and his wife were headed home, and gave us a ride. Their heartfelt friendliness made us feel like family! The walk from the pizzeria back to the apartment was a very easy 4 minute walk - and the pizza was so good! The next morning our flight left at 6 am and we had made plans with Giuseppe to provide transportation to the airport. We needed to leave at 3:45 am and we were so grateful to have the peace of mind knowing we didn’t have to worry about a ride. Well worth the cost of the ride! 10/10!

We loved our stay at Paola’s place! Paola made us feel right at home after a long day of travel, she had left us water and biscuits and gave us some great local recommendations for the following day. The place was so cosy, clean and spacious with local guide books and anything you could need. She had left us umbrella and chairs for the beach, which was about a 30 min walk away. Super safe location, loads of delicious restaurants and a beautiful beach on your doorstep. It was delightful and we had the best time. Thank you so much Paola!!!

Great location, close to the centre with nice food places around, flat was great, practical and clean the big balcony is a major plus, very enjoyable.

Great location, very cozy apartment and wonderful host. All the sights are nearby and there are a huge number of good restaurants and bars. Everything is great.

I think Massimiliano and his son Guiseppe were amazing hosts for my stay in Palermo, they were so helpful with check in, even gave us alcohol and food on arrival. He also stocked shampoo/shower gel and other useful things you may have forgotten. The space was exactly as described and a walking distance to everything! I could not have asked for a better host, I would recommend to anyone thinking about visiting Palermo! 5 Stars!🌟

Beautiful place i was very happy with the place

We had the most amazing time in Elisabetta’s flat. It’s both beautiful and HUGE! The roof terrace was the perfect place to eat outdoors. Valentina was super responsive and gave great suggestions of the local area. Highly recommend staying here!
