Davide house is 2 story building,with 3 rooms on the second floor,very nice garden,parking in front the house,value for money is great,Davide and his family are very respinsible and always available to help with advices,the house has ac split systems in each room,we were in April and the heating was on,very warm and comfortable house,close to Bergamo and airport,the area is very calm and secure,if in Bergamo will always return to Davide Villa.

Fantastic location that is very close to the town centre and the lake and a minutes walk from the station. Being so central means it’s busy but very private and having a garden is a bonus . Villa lovely and cool naturally with easy instructions to keep it that way, and has aircon if required. Spacious rooms with high ceilings and beautiful floors plenty of storage space and well equipped kitchen🥰

Beautiful villa in Varenna. Very close to ferry dock and short walk from train station. Awesome views and short walk to town center with restaurants. Very comfortable for family of 5. Host was very responsive. Would definetly stay there again.

The views are out of a Hollywood movie — insane! Big home, very spacious. Nice common areas outside for lounging. Was able to also start hiking directly from the home to Forcellino Overall it is worth noting that Lecco is very stressful to drive around but that applies to everywhere in Lecco in my opinion. I would only take a small car to Airbnb bookings to Lecco in the future.

the villa is very nice, equipped with every comfort, clean and with a beautiful garden. Each bedroom has a very nice balcony/terrace. Everything is elegant, both the furnishings and the spaces. It is conveniently located for the highway entrance and also the various shopping malls/supermarkets nearby. Everything was okay!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Villa Orizzonti in Predore, Italy, and it was a truly wonderful experience. It is perfect for families, equipped with air conditioning. The large kitchen was a delight, fully stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals. The living room, with its comfortable sofa and flat-screen TV, was a perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring. We were also assisted by a helpful assistant who was always available to answer our questions and provide recommendations. Overall, our stay at Villa Orizzonti was nothing short of perfect. I highly recommend this villa for anyone looking to enjoy a peaceful and luxurious stay in Predore.

A wonderfully beautiful and comfortable house with a magical view. Highly recommend to everyone who appreciates good architecture and a beautiful view. We were 6 adults who all loved the house and surroundings.

Carlotta and Guilia were incredible AirBNB hostesses!! I loved Villa Maria Laura from the listing photos, but it was even more breathtaking in person. I had asked if the Villa could accommodate my wedding proposal, and they went above and beyond helping me accomplish exactly the proposal I’d envisioned by providing early check-in, ease of access for my photographer etc, and an amazing private dinner. Even after the engagement, the stay at Villa Maria Laura was magical. Guilia came each morning to bring us fresh pastries and was always available through text whenever we needed anything. We loved it so much, we want to come back for our honeymoon too! Thank you so so much for the best AirBNB we have ever stayed in! This villa and its two lovely hostesses will always be in our hearts and memories ❤️

Words don't provide a satisfactory review for this amazing location and home! We walked in and were so excited to spend our short visit to Lake Iseo in this beautiful and well loved home. Luigi and Sylvie were very flexible on our late arrival (Grazie!!) and also helped with coordinating a few items we had left behind. The views from the terrace patio are spectacular, and the home is spacious and comfortable. We were sad to leave!! This is a wonderful holiday home!

We had an amazing time! Our kids (teens) absolutely loved the area. It's right in front of the lake and has nice restaurants walking distance. They were able to integrate with the locals and play soccer. The house is on the older side and has no air conditioning. So that was tough but overall the view and the environment made the sweats worth it. We'll come back next year.

A beautiful house in an amazing location. We loved the stunning views, direct access to the lake and the easy walk into beautiful Iseo town, where we had some incredible meals. An added extra was having the campsite facilities, activities and lovely reception team (special thanks to Debora) on our door step, which we could use as we wished but also close the gate to and enjoy the plentiful private space in peace. When we could drag ourselves away from the house, there were lots of things to do. Highlights for us were hiring bikes and cycling around the lake, taking the ferry to Mount Isola, visiting local aqua parks and stand up paddle boarding on the lake. But a week was not long enough so we will be back!

Large and spacious house with very beautiful landscaping. We had a problem with the pool but the host was very responsive and sent a technician to the house immediately and the problem was resolved in a short time. I recommend!

The villa is very beautiful, big and cozy, and very well equipped! We had a lovley time there! Also, Cinzia is very helpful and responded quickly. Minor points for improvement: The wifi was almost non-existent upstairs. Also, the hot tub is not useable at the moment... All in all, the place is very nice, close to a lovely bakery, and within a walking distance from the lake and the center. We had a lovely time, highly recommended

it was a super nice area, quiet. by car fifteen minutes from como lake. the house was beautiful, a veranda with a great view of the mountains and it was also pleasant to stay if it was too hot outside. we felt right at home. the family was extremely welcoming, they are ready to help you with all kinds of questions. even when we had to go to the hospital they helped us well. for anyone looking for peace and a beautiful area, we highly recommend this airbnb

The house of Stefania was just perfect! Beautiful views over Como lake and the house has just what you need. It was great for our dog who enjoyed the big fenced garden. Stefania also picked is up before entering the small road to the house which was very helpful as we arrived when it was already dark.

Our stay at Villa Perlino in Colico was great. The villa is beautifully maintained, offering a harmonious blend of comfort and style. The panoramic views of Lake Como from the property are breathtaking, providing a serene backdrop for a truly relaxing holiday. The location is ideal—peaceful and secluded, yet conveniently close to local attractions and amenities. Andrea, our host, was very welcoming and attentive, ensuring that our experience was seamless from start to finish. We highly recommend Villa Perlino to anyone seeking a memorable stay on Lake Como. It was great! really really great - we were very busy but enjoyed every second. the only little things was the water pressure but i am sure piergiorgio is fixing that.

Katja was very good at communicating and we enjoyed the living space which was finished to a high standard. We were visiting friends in Bergamo and S. Pellegrino most of the time, as well as Lake Garda so were introduced to some excellent restaurants in those places (Baretto, Via al Costello and Osteria al Gigianca in Bergamo and La Fruslina, S.Pellegrino - highly recommended) so can’t comment on local restaurants. Air conditioning worked very well and the pool was great for cooling off in the day. Overall, a great stay and would recommend it as a base for exploring Lombardia and Milan.

The location as well as the tranquility were enchanting. As a family, we felt very comfortable. Como can be reached in 30 minutes and the shops in the immediate vicinity are great! The site is clean and maintained. The interior design fits the style of the villa and is very individual. The fridge and dishwasher are a bit outdated and should be replaced to meet the value for money. The bedrooms are quiet and cozy. The bathrooms look clean. The only smear. The living room is very dark and the sofa very squeaky. Cozy TV evenings rather not possible. However, due to great weather, we were able to spend the time outside and therefore did not bother us. Please ask directly for address as it is not quite correct in the directions.
