Great place in Franciacorta, really close to everything you need

We had a fantastic stay! The place was clean, cozy, and beautifully designed, with everything we needed to feel comfortable. The location was perfect—peaceful, surrounded by nature, yet still close to everything. The host was super friendly and gave us great tips for the area. We would definitely come back!

Daniela's Home was Amazing on the Lake. Daniela met us for check in. Check In and out was easy. The home had everything you needed. She had a wonder fruit Basket and Bread and jams for toast in the mornings. The home was super clean. We took a wonder ride around the whole lake (about 45 minutes) . Seen so many amazing little villages and places to shop and explore. Highly recommend the lake ride. Restaurants and cafe's were less than 5 minutes a way. Shopping in Iseo, with beautiful water front and and ferry boats less than 10 minutes away. Parking right at the home in a gated community. 5 Stars Ron March 2025

Marta and Ingrid are great hosts, very helpful and responsive. The view from the property is stunning! We enjoyed our stay despite the weather not being on our side. Bellano was a little quiet for us so we drove to other places like como and bellagio. The train station in Bellano is very accessible, we took a train to Milan for the day. We will definitely be back to lake como soon :)

The place is beautiful with an unforgettable view of the lake. It has everything you need to feel right at home. It is bigger than it looks in the pictures. We went for a couples vacation with two other friends and it was perfect. I do recommend renting a car since it is place quite high up on the mountain (for the view) and it is quite the hike by foot.

Great place to stay in a quiet location. The home has all the amenities for a restful stay. Swimming pool, sun loungers etc. Lovely restaurant 100m from the property. Lots do in the local area.

Ana and David were wonderful hosts for a dreamy house in the vineyard. From the outside, it looks like a typical stone house in the mountains, but inside it is newly and modernly renovated with everything you need. The path from the car to the house is not to be underestimated (kids should not be too small) and can be quite strenuous in the summer, but if you know what to expect, it is manageable. The house's location in the middle of the vineyard and the breathtaking view more than compensate for the effort. The region is also stunning and offers a variety of activities. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Words can’t describe how incredible our stay in Casa Angiolina was. Milena went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect for us. From picking us up at the train station to leaving us a lovely bottle of Brut in the fridge to arranging multiple taxis and making local recommendations, Milena was so incredibly helpful. And the house is honestly better than the pictures even show. Beautiful and very comfortable accommodations with fantastic views of the lake and mountains that is about a 15-20 minute walk to city center (though a car would have been helpful if we stayed longer because taxis are not readily accessible at night). Bellano itself is amazing! It is much more peaceful and quiet compared to Varenna (which is also beautiful and easily accessible by train or ferry). My husband and I had an incredible and unforgettable stay here on our honeymoon and will gladly return and would highly recommend this Airbnb. One of the best we’ve ever stayed in. We had a great stay at Luigi's house. The accommodation it was exactly as described, very very clean and perfect located for visite all the region, the lake Como and Milano city. Luigi was a great host, friendly and very fast responsive. We kindly recommend the house. For sure we will book the accommodation without hesitate next time.

We had the pleasure of staying at Stefania's house in Osio Sotto and we couldn't be more satisfied! The area is quiet, the complex is very nice and well maintained, and the house was impeccably clean. Stefania is an exceptional host: kind, helpful and understanding. Despite our delay due to the flight, he welcomed us with great courtesy, making us feel comfortable right away. If you are looking for an ideal place to stay to visit Leolandia (only 8 minutes by car!), this is undoubtedly a perfect choice. A positive experience in every respect. Super recommended!

This was a lovely experience for myself and my partner. Our host Giulia was incredibly flexible with allowing us to eat and become familiar with the town before check-in. The place itself is built on an old medieval castle which was quite interesting & unique. It was charming and had everything we needed and some nice touches like a selection of teas & snacks. The breathtaking views had us in awe every day. The beach directly beside us was peaceful and not crowded. The local restaurants each had their own authentic (delicious!) tastes, and the surrounding towns were easy to get to. This ultimately made our stay extremely peaceful yet exciting. We thought it was handy that we could take a quick train ride to Varenna and Bellano so we did not have to adhere to the more limited ferry schedule - were able to catch a breathtaking sunset this way! Overall, we could not recommend this experience more and was the highlight of our 2-week Italy trip.

This is a spacious, comfortable and clean house, conveniently situated in the village a few minutes from the lake, supermarket etc. It is well equipped including covered outside space and garden. The underground car parking is very useful too. We were warmly welcomed by Antonio who was very helpful for our whole visit. Lake Como is beautiful and we were pleased to stay in this house for our visit.

We were guests at Adamo's chalet for just a few days but it was an unforgettable experience. The house is well maintained both inside and out, with all the comforts and well equipped. Even Fara, our furry baby, immediately settled in and especially enjoyed the outdoor area that surrounds the entire house. Marco was always available and also provided us with valid directions regarding the various routes to take in the area. We also had the pleasure of meeting Adam, who liked our salads. We'll be happy to come back.

First of all, I have to say that the value for money is very honest. Beautiful house separated from the others for greater tranquility, cleanliness and order, the only flaw for me is the presence of the breeding of some donkeys that every now and then could be heard even during the night, but apart from this the place is very quiet, clean, comfortable and enjoys a beautiful view, especially 5 stars for the kindness and preparation of the hosts.

The house is impeccable, quiet and well located for visiting the area. There is everything you need in the kitchen! Communication with Federico is very easy and the instructions are clear.

The stay at Cristina's exceeded expectations, very large, clean and well organized house. Easy check-in and the host was always responsive and sometimes proactive during the conversation. We'll definitely be back if we need an apartment in the area.

Amazing place, very peaceful. We recommend getting there before dark in the first day (at least), and make sure to bring everything you need because the closest market is far away :)
