Surrounded by the sounds of fountains, irrigation ditches, mountains, hiking trails, and the Poqueira River. The house consists of two floors. Upstairs is a bedroom with en-suite bathroom, terrace with mountain views, living room with fireplace and two armchairs-beds. Downstairs is another living-dining room with a kitchenette and a wood stove. Fully equipped and with WiFi. No heating. Fireplaces only. No TV.

Detached house with 150m2 of patio and garden in two terraces and small private pool. The house, 180m2, has on the ground floor living room, distributor, dining room, kitchen and toilet; upstairs three bedrooms, two bathrooms, distributor, laundry and cleaning room. All rooms overlook the garden of the house, some to the Alhambra and Sierra Nevada, and a bedroom to the Placeta del Conde and the garden of our neighbors. There are two smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.

Casa Amaranta

Casa Amaranta is a charming little house located on the edge of the Poqueira Ravine. It has wonderful views from the rooms of the house. The cozy atmosphere with a decoration full of details, invite you to spend a few days of tranquility and peace in Capileira. The house was originally the block of a family home and has been carefully restored. The Climalit windows were installed in September 2017, as were the hot water heater and ceramic hob.

You will love my place because it is the perfect place to spend a few days of tranquility and enjoy the pleasant walks along the Mamut route. My accommodation is good for couples, families (with children), and pets. The owners live near the cortijo for any incident or need. Accommodation for a maximum of 4 people. The pool is for the exclusive use of guests, is not shared, and is operational from April to October
