Around the whole house is the large balcony. Below is a cozy path (50 m) to the private jetty for a morning swim. Take a ride with the rowing boat and try your luck fishing or borrow our two SUPs. Charming 65 m2 basement apartment in a picturesque residential area in Mölndal, centrally located near Gothenburg. We make the beds and clean the apartment at no extra charge. There is a kitchen with a dishwasher and seating. There are 2-3 bedrooms, one with a comfortable double bed, one with two single beds. There is a single bed in the living room as well as an extra double bed in the large entrance room if needed. You live in the apartment, which is equipped with Wi-Fi. We welcome guests over 25 years of age. We hosts live upstairs.

My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). The cottage is about 30 square meters and the associated sauna cottage with shower, toilet and laundry is about 15 square meters. Free access to canoe for tenants. Good opportunities for fishing, motorboat available to rent!
