Quiet location as last house on a dead-ending road with no traffic. Room for several cars in the garage driveway. Child-friendly garden with large areas fenced by hedges. Terrace with lounge group and dining area that is sunny most of the day. Express buses from Hovås Nedre (6 minutes) with several departures an hour towards central Gothenburg (20 minutes).

Booking rules: Only caring families and adults over the age of 28 are allowed to book due to previous damage and parties without cleaning.

The house is close to the community of Särö, about 20 km south of Gothenburg, only 5 minutes by car to restaurants, shops, golf courses and nice beaches in both Särö and Kullavik.
