There are no words to describe how good we were and how comfortable, the place was really cool, the pity was the bad weather we had but we took the opportunity to get to know other places, it has a beautiful garden to play, she offered me lettuce if I wanted since she has a vegetable garden, she also left me little gifts in the house, we were very comfortable, she was super friendly, making sure we didn't miss anything. Everything was very clean, nothing was missing. Thank you very much, my daughters were happy to be there☺️

Five stars to Casa de Cardido and to Rui and Alexandra for being wonderful hosts. We were a little late checking in, but Rui greeted us with a smile and a very generous tabua of local cheeses and meats. The hosts go above anything expected, with a sound system at the pool, exercise equipment, and fresh bread delivered daily. The house is a traditional Portuguese home - and it feels like a “home” not a rental. We spent two weeks here and it felt like staying with family. I noticed that one review commented on how close the highway is. Please know this is not a problem. You can see the highway when approaching the home from the road, but you cannot hear it and it does not interfere with the experience. This is very high quality stay with caring and involved hosts that will make sure you have all you need. I highly recommend.

What a fantastic place to stay! Maybe the house is a bit dated but it's a nice place to be, nice and cool, nice beds and a lovely balcony on the west side overlooking the sea. The tropical garden is truly breathtaking and lovingly designed and landscaped by the host herself, Mrs. Rosa Maria. Due to the huge garden with a large variety of trees, bushes and flowers, there is always shade to be found. The house is simply furnished but we didn't miss anything during our 12-day stay. Mrs. Rosa Maria is particularly nice, she is there if you need her and always willing to think along or to give tips about the area. That area is beautiful, fine sandy beaches and plenty of restaurants and bars in Moledo and Caminha. In short, a place to definitely come back to!

We had an amazing family stay in the Casa. Lourenço was available to answer any of our questions at all times. From beach recommendations, to restaurants, and shops and golf, he helped us make the absolute most of our stay. The house itself is simply a remarkable space for family, with cosy spaces for groups to eat together or if you want to find some time alone too. Highly highly recommend, we will return.
