Christina is a great host. The apartment was as described and well equipped.

We have rarely had such a relaxing vacation. Sebastien is an excellent host. We felt completely at home there. It could have lasted a little longer and we'd love to come back.

Really enjoyed our stay and Laura was wonderful host. The villa was decorated well with nice homely touches. The outside was spacious and we made good use of the excellent pool. The villa was in a residential area but within walking distance to beach, supermarkets, bars and restaurants. A bus stop was near by for us to go further afield. We stayed for the whole month and had a brilliant time. Would recommend the Villa to anybody wanting to come to this area.

We had a wonderful few days at Bartolome's place. The apartment has everything we needed to be comfortable, the view from the kitchen and dining/livingroom is spectacular, and overall the apartment feels really calm and comfortable. Sitting by the pool overlooking Las Negras and the sea in the distance was heaven. You can easily walk down to the village, for short trips or an evening drink. The pool is so nice, and gets sun pretty much all day. The outside kitchen/BBQ really make it convenient to eat-in during the evenings if you prefer. Great shower too. We felt super comfortable overall and communicating with Bartolome was smooth and easy. We'll be back for sure.

We have been to playa vera many times and can say that this apartment is among the best. Everything is exactly as described in the listing. Great beach location to enjoy a swim in the sea before breakfast. The terrace offers sun from morning to evening. Also possibilities for shade are sufficiently available. Very well maintained apartment, best communication with Nicolas. We thank you for the trust and wish you a repeat.

Our stay was simply wonderful. From the first moment, Carmen was always available and attentive by phone, and she greeted us promptly with a very friendly and close attitude. He explained everything about the house clearly and warmly, which made us feel at home from the beginning. The place is fantastic, cared for even the smallest detail, with impeccable cleanliness. Absolutely nothing is missing: it is fully equipped with everything you may need. In addition, the location is ideal, in a very quiet environment and only 3 minutes from the town. Definitely a place we'd love to go back to.

We liked Carlos' accommodation very much & communication with him was straightforward and very friendly. The setup matched the photos. Due to the thinner ceiling, it was noisy through the apartment above - but it was not a problem for us.

Absolutely fantastic apartment. That terrace is a slice of paradise 🤩 Olga was fantastic and communicated so fast and helpful. I absolutely recommend a stay here. The area is stunning too. Great family stay at Laura's! Thank you very much. The view from the terrace is breathtaking, there was an air of Rio Bay with mist this February. The house is very inspiring. Communication with Laura is very fluid and Rosa welcomed us on site in a very warm way. She is really ultra caring and accommodating. Thanks again, we hope to return to the sunny days! fabulous stay at Gordon's apartment. Sea views from balcony spectacular. There were also lots extras which helped, like a lovely welcome pack, domestic products firestick tv! The whole experience was great and Hosts were so helpful. Highly recommended.

We spent almost a week at Joe's apartment. We were happy in all aspects: the apartment itself, which is much nicer than the photos do justice to it, the wonderful views, the space, the location, the good treatment. You can see the affection and care that Joe puts in that we are comfortable and we are not missing anything. We will be back!

We have stayed in this area many times before but this property was by far the best. The apartment was clean, bright and spacious and extremely well equipped. The bed was very comfortable and the outdoor space was most generous and sunny. The Lidl across the road and the Mercadona at the far end of the town served us well. There are also so many places to explore either side of Garucha, including many beautiful beaches, restaurants and Mojacar Pueblo. We would definitely love to return.

My husband and I stayed at Cristina’s apartment for five weeks in February/March 2025. We enjoyed a very relaxing visit to Garrucha. The apartment was very tastefully decorated and well equipped for a long stay. There were lots of towels and bed linens. There was a washing machine and dryer and pretty much everything we needed for our visit. The location was very good also, just steps from the beach. We enjoyed daily walks along the beach. There were lots of restaurants and two grocery stores nearby. I will definitely stay there again if I ever visit Garrucha again.

We spent a week at Maria's place and can fully recommend it. Particularly noteworthy are the two bathrooms and the roof terrace, which we very much enjoyed. The apartment is optimally equipped (extra blankets, kitchen utensils, cleaning utensils), so I can imagine a long stay here very well. The car can be safely parked inside the complex and there was enough room for our camper van. Maria is very friendly and gives clear instructions so that we could easily check in and out.

The stay has been one of the best we have had since we started our road trip here in Spain. We will definitely be back in the near future as we are looking to purchase a property here on the Costa del Sol. You never know, it may be here in Almaria as this area is a big contender. Lots to do. Great beach, great shopping and easy transportation. Thank you for everything, it has been a pleasure staying in your apartment.

Great apartment with everything we needed as a couple with a young baby. Location is brilliant, 10 minute walk to the beach (downhill to the beach, uphill on the way back) in a quiet area. The pool is clean and we enjoyed using it. Hosts were helpful and responded to messages extremely quickly while we were there. Would definitely recommend!

Lovely stay at Friederike and her husband Joaquin's place. Your independent house, with a beautiful private terrace, a quiet place that respects nature and animals. The house has all the essentials and is very close to the village (10 min walk). Equipped with a fan in the living room, a heater for winter and mosquito nets on all the windows, it is advisable to bring something else for mosquitoes. We spent a few really quiet days, they are an attentive couple, super friendly and we loved their care for the environment and their kittens.

The apartment is beautiful and has a lovely balcony over looking the harbour and ocean. The kitchen has everything you need and is spotless and up market. The bed was so comfy, as good as our own. The a/c worked well and was nearly silent. Overall I would recommend this apartment very highly as I would Villaricus which is a lovely village. A rental car is required and if the car is a but bulky you might find the underground parking a bit tricky. I ended up parking mine outside where there is loads of space. There is a great hardware store behind the supermarket at Playa Vera that sells all the essentials for the beach ie a corkscrew for the umbrella seats etc so you can be like the locals.

Everything works well for us except the AirBnb booking process which was an obstacle course. Kris gave us helpful advice and went out of his way to make us feel welcome.

Rosa was a great host and the accommodation was excellent, the view from the balcony was amazing. Mojacar itself is a fantastic town with great bars and restaurants. Garrucha which is a 30 minute walk and is a town full of great tapas bars. To sum it up Mojacar is a great place to have a holiday.

The place is excellent and the apartment is excellent. One thing I really felt was not having a charging point for an electric car, a simple outlet in the garage pillar would solve the issue. That's the tip! Voltaria fácil!

A little paradise!!! This cozy apartment is located right in front of the sea, where the constant sound of waves and the sea breeze create an atmosphere of calm and relaxation. It has a simple but charming decoration. The terrace offers a panoramic view of the ocean, perfect for enjoying the sunrise with a cup of coffee. The space is compact but functional. The terrace has a small table, two chairs and a sofa that completes this coastal retreat, ideal for watching the sunset or simply disconnecting.
