Simplifiez-vous la vie dans ce logement paisible et à proximité du centre ville d'Agen en 10min à pied en empruntant la passerelle et à 5min du pont canal. Ce logement est attenant à ma propriété, vous aurez un accès indépendant du mien. Vous pourrez profiter de la cour extérieure et du barbecue l'été. Je me tiendrai à votre disposition durant votre séjour en cas de nécessité. Je loue du dimanche soir au vendredi, si vous souhaitez prolonger les séjours en week-end n hésitez pas à me demander.

Accommodation located on the ground floor of my main house, 5 min walk to the Armandie Stadium. It has a bedroom with double bed, a dressing room to store your belongings. The living room sofa is convertible to accommodate 2 additional people, a baby cot is also in the bedroom A fully equipped kitchen and board games are at your disposal, plus a TV with Wi-Fi (fiber) and access to Orange, Netflix and Amazon Prime channels.

Gîte de Moulet

It is a charming maisonette that I offer you, in the countryside, 10 min from the city center of Agen (2 km from the exit of the A62, 4 km from the Convention Center, 8 km from Walibi). This house was renovated about 15 years ago, and I lived there for 10 years. It is ideal for up to 4 people. For your comfort, it is equipped with air conditioning, and all the small appliances "like at home". Wi-Fi access is included.
