Vacation rentals with a patio in Mohican River

Adam is a wonderful host! He is friendly, accommodating and extremely responsive. When I notified him that the washer had an issue he immediately responded and had it replaced with a new one in no time. He also knows the area well and gave great recommendations for local eateries and for fall festivities. The apartment itself was exactly as described and well-equipped with all the kitchen tools needed and with quality, essential supplies. I had everything I needed for my 2-month stay there. I would definitely stay again!!!

Beautiful, clean and walking distance.

The location was perfect for us since we are building a home nearby. We can't wait to be neighbors, living our best rural life. Terri has been very responsive and the place is comfortable and private, with incredible sunsets over the pond. Our days have been focused on getting our property cleared, so not much time for anything else, but hopefully one of these days we'll get to spend time exploring their farm, as we will definitely be back! Thank you for your hospitality!

This is the second time my husband and I have stayed at this Air BNB. We have come to really enjoy this small town. You have to try the Speakeasy Coffee Shop as well as the ice cream places. Super good!! Sarah is an amazing host. There are not enough stars to rate her because she is that amazing!!! She is always prompt in her replies and is so helpful. The Air BNB is squeaky clean and very efficient. You won’t be disappointed 💖💖

The Sunny Studio that Jeanine hosts is a wonderful little retreat. We stayed there for two nights while in town for a conference. She communicated very well on where the unit was on the property, there are a few buildings and everything was ready for us. Answered questions immediately. Super clean, updated and so well decorated. We stayed on a very cold and snowy weekend and the studio was warm and cozy. They made sure the walkways were shoveled and clear. Loved the artwork and attention to detail in the construction. Wonderful shower, comfortable bed, lovely porch. We will be staying here again. Great value!

We have been to Kelly's place a few times now and it's always been lovely. We enjoy exploring the area and the house is great. We would definitely recommend this place.

The Blacksmith is such a cozy, nicely decorated, well stocked home. It was spacious with each room having comfortable, nice looking furniture. It was easy to locate, park and enter. We loved the walkable location on a quiet street in a nice neighborhood. Jerrel responded quickly and thoughtfully to any messages and was proactive in offering information and help if needed. It was extremely clean and neat. The front porch offered an enjoyable view of the many passing horse and buggies. And we viewed a gorgeous sunset from the front yard. We enjoyed our stay so much! We loved our weekend here. The house was clean and adorable, with plenty of space to relax. Perfect location for walking everywhere, and we really appreciated all of the thoughtful touches - especially the coffee pods! Great value for a weekend at Kenyon!

The house was located in a nice area. The house itself is a small 2 bedroom with a smaller bath. It was perfect for myself and my husband. It would be fine for 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. The home was exceptionally clean which I loved. The best part was how friendly and respinsive our host was. I would stay again.

Such a great quick weekend getaway with my husband and 6yr old son. Miriam's place was just what we needed to relax. It was a beautiful weather weekend and we got to get good use of the firpit. The views of the sunset where stunning. Everything about the home was inviting and comfortable. I was very impressed on all the extra availability of extra linens and towels. WE LOVED the coffee cake that Miriam made! Such a nice touch! We will definitely be back!

Eden Hill Farmhouse was a great find and perfect for our needs. The house has been updated but exudes historical charm that the pictures can't quite capture. Gary was responsive and communicative from start to finish, and he is a gracious and welcoming host! We hope to come back in the future!

We found Judy's place to be very welcoming, clean, and supplied with everything you could possibly want. The beds and bedding were very comfortable. The kitchen appliances were up to date the kitchen was extremely well stocked. The pots and pans and utensils, etc., were high quality. The gas grill was clean and in good working order. We made use of the extra refrigerator in the garage which was quite handy. The laundry room was top notch. Judy also supplied many unexpected extras and was very responsive during our stay.
