The ranch is spread out over 270 acres located on top of gentle rolling ridge that runs north/south . We are 6 miles from grocery stores and lots of shopping. The ranch has views for miles and unbelievable sunsets! Cows and their calves munching on grass and huge trophy steers swaying their horns side to side as they follow the fence line. A frame cabin in the woods to get away from it all. It sits in the middle of the woods a 1/4 of a mile from anyone. Lots of trails to walk on and some set up for mountain biking. has around 15 acres for hunting (bow hunting only). Use of swimming pool at our house year around just have to let us know when you would like to swim. State parks nearby Dillon, Black hand gorge. other interests near by. Couple pizza shops will deliver and some other restaurants less than 10 miles away.

Welcome to our backyard paradise! We'd like to invite you to relax in our Country Loft, overlooking an inground pool, koi pond, firepit and pavilion. Our home, surrounded by organic crops, sits on 115 acres, evoking a sense of peace and tranquility. You are welcome to enjoy a fire in the pit, or swim in the heated pool which is open June through mid September. We our conveniently located 3 miles between Gambier and Kenyon College and Mount Vernon and the Nazarene University.

Nestled in the scenic beauty of Holmes County, Maple Retreat is a recently renovated three-bedroom, two-bathroom home that offers a tranquil getaway. The retreat features a master bedroom with a queen bed and an ensuite bathroom, complete with a luxurious soaking tub.
