Entire home with full kitchen, one bathroom with washer and dryer, one bedroom with queen bed, newly added Queen bed in the living room, The home sits on 5 acres with amazing views. 30 minutes from The great sand dunes national park! 15 minutes from Sand dunes hot springs. Front and back porch perfect for watching the sunrise and sunsets, quiet get away. There is some equipment on property, We have a shop area in the back of the property we use occasionally but it is a good distance away. NO AC

This cozy apartment of 500 sq ft is perfect for 2, but can accommodate 4 with the queen bedroom and the futon which makes into a queen size bed. No TV. Monte Vista is a small rural town.

The yurt has a solar power system to charge your devices. The yurt is heated. Sunshine rd is plowed in the winter, the driveway is not plowed.

PLEASE NOTE CATCH AND RELEASE FLY FISHING MAY NOT be available for the rest of the 2026 season due to extremely low water levels and high temps. Please message for availability prior to booking.
