The apartment has a large balcony, its own lockable box (for skis, bicycles) and a garage in the underground part of the residence. The place is great not only for skiing in winter, but also for biking, hiking and car trips. There are many attractions within easy reach. The perfect place for a family vacation in the Giant Mountains!

Skog is modern apartment designed in a minimalist Scandi style, using mostly natural materials in the interior. It has about 70m2 and includes 2 separate bedrooms. One is in the attic with lower ceiling. A spacious terrace belongs to the apartment. It is situated in the neighbourhood with some other built houses in similar style within walking distance to the centre. Mumlava waterfall is only 10mins forrest walk. 007 building (gym and squash centre) is being renovated from 07/2025 to 05/2026.

From Kowary, there are numerous hiking trails (including Śnieżka, Okraj pass, Skalny Stół), which are a great alternative to the (often crowded) trails starting, for example, from Karpacz. In Kowary, there are also many places worth visiting, such as the Underground Tourist Route Sztolnie Kowary, the Lower Silesia Monuments Miniature Park, or the Museum of Sentiments.

The place is suitable for all ages, families with children and pets. There is a barbecue area. Parking space under the patio - open garage. Since we appreciate every visit, we have a welcome gift for every guest when they arrive.
