Our village belongs to the town of Spalt, which is 7 km away. The air-conditioned attic apartment in studio design is equipped with two double beds for max. 4 people from 18 years. There are direct hiking (including the Jakobsweg) and cycling trails from us. Shared use of the pool is possible at any time. A private terrace is available.

In our cozy Tiny House you can forget about everyday life! The cottage is located in a very quiet residential area on the outskirts of Neuendettelsau surrounded by forest. 5-10 min walk you reach our leisure pool Novamare, beautiful hiking and biking trails. The train station is also a 15-minute walk away for a trip to Nuremberg or Ansbach. In 20-30 min since you by car in the Franconian Lake District. Within walking distance you can also find restaurants and supermarkets in the town centre.

It has a sauna with steam, bio sauna or Finnish sauna to choose from. The kitchen is fully equipped, and if you don't want to cook yourself, you can book a chef to prepare your meals. In the winter, a cozy tiled stove is also available for your use. The house has 2 floors.

I rent out a 60 m² apartment with 3 rooms for 4 people. The apartment is on the 1st floor of a solid wood house built in 2016 at the end of a cul-de-sac (no through traffic). Kitchen amenities include dishwasher, stove, fridge, freezer, kettle, toaster and Senseo as well as coffee pods, tea and spices. In the bathroom (with shower & toilet) you will find fresh bath and hand towels as well as a hairdryer. Chairs and a table are available for the outdoor area.

Konrad's apartment is simply a dream. It's very spacious, you have plenty of space, the kitchen is great. Everything you could ever need is available in sufficient quantity. We lacked nothing. Our little son also felt comfortable right away. Konrad was always approachable, is totally uncomplicated and simply took care of us very nicely. The surroundings are wonderfully quiet. In the immediate vicinity is a great playground. From Wolframs-Eschenbach, you can quickly reach the lakes or Ansbach by car. We will be happy to come back.

We felt very comfortable in this apartment from the beginning. It is very tastefully decorated and very clean. Both in the evening and for breakfast, we could enjoy the tranquility on the lovingly designed terrace. The landlords are very nice and have always responded immediately to requests. The historic old town is within walking distance.

It was a very clean and spacious apartment. Furnished with love for detail. Everything available. Communication was very open and warm. With many additional tips for leisure activities. The location is in the green and very quiet. We will be happy to come back.

Christian and his wife are super friendly and also likeable. The apartment is very very nice and already more luxury. Everything is super nicely furnished with a lot of taste. In this apartment hardly any wishes remain open. Will definitely check back in with Christian the next time we visit the Franconian lake country... My wife and also I are more than satisfied with the accommodation..Thanks to Christian and wife for the beautiful accommodation and thus for the nice relaxing vacation..
