Dies ist ein klassisches rbnb. Wir vermieten unsere privaten Räume an private Personen. Nicht an Firmen und Monteure - bitte nehmt Abstand von Buchungen, die nicht für euch selbst sind. Unser Ferienappartement liegt direkt am See, ist saniert und sehr hochwertig ausgestattet (ca. 90qm). Es gibt ein großes Doppelbett (200 x 200) und ein Schlafsofa getrennt nur durch eine CABINET-Schiebetür. (Keine Geräuschdämmung - deswegen hellhörig). Anlegemöglichkeit für Boote nach Absprache. Bis zum Berliner Ortsschild sind es 500m. Zum Bahnhof Wannsee 10 Minuten mit dem Bus, und von dort ist man in 17 Minuten am Hauptbahnhof (Berlin). Bitte keine Hunde mitbringen. Im TV gibt es ein Amazon fire TV Stick mit Filmen auf deutsch und englisch. See, WLAN, email oder Handy Alles ist Fußläufig zu erreichen: 3 Parks, Restaurants, Lebensmittelfachgeschäfte, Theater, Strassenbahn und Nachtbus vor der Türe, Bushaltestelle 300m,

Gekommen um zu bleiben.

Das Ferienhaus in Berlin wurde 2020 innerhalb von nur sieben Monaten mit der Unterstützung des Trend-Architekten Jürgen Krüger komplett überarbeitet und neu gestaltet! In den ca. 130qm können bis zu 10 Personen auf zwei Etagen übernachten. Das gesamte Haus hat in jedem Wohn- und Schlafzimmer eine separate Klimaanlage, WiFi & TV-Sat. Wir hoffen, dass wir mit den Umbauten einen gemütlichen und warmen Einrichtungsstil gefunden haben und das für Groß und Klein was mit dabei ist!

Einfach perfekt, von der Buchung bis zur Abreise. Es war unser erster Airbnb Urlaub, Anselm hat für alle folgenden einen verdammt hohen Standard gesetzt. Wohnung tiptop und perfekte Lage. U, S und Straßenbahn mit 2 Kindern ohne Probleme zu Fuß zu erreichen. Restaurants, Bäcker und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten um die Ecke. Die Wohnung bietet alles was eine 4 köpfige Familie benötigt. Total unkomplizierter Kontakt, auch eine früherer Check In war kein Problem, sehr sehr kurze Antwortzeiten und gute Erreichbarkeit. Tipps und Tricks für die Umgebung inbegriffen. Wenn man etwas negatives sagen möchte, dann das es nur öffentliche, kostenpflichtige Parkplätze gibt. Wir haben gezockt, haben direkt vor der Tür geparkt und sind die Woche ohne Strafticket durchgekommen :-) Glück muss man haben. Lieber Anselm vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit in deinem zu Hause. Wir kommen gerne wieder

Consiglio molto! La casa è molto carina e adatta per un soggiorno per quattro persone. C’erano a disposizione tutti gli strumenti per la cucina e anche alimenti di base (olio, sale, caffè). Unica cosa il bagno è molto ristretto e facendo la doccia si bagna molto, ma è molto fattibile e ci si abitua facilmente. La zona è veramente tranquillissima, zona residenziale molto vicina alla fermata della metro, Gesundbrunnen, e anche ad altre fermate bus. Ambiente molto caldo, possibilità di regolare la temperatura per avere un clima sempre perfetto e adatto alle proprie esigenze. Consiglio vivamente l’appartamento e se dovessi ritornare a Berlino tornerei qui volentieri.

Wir hatten einen kurzen Zwischenstopp in Berlin, und Carstens Unterkunft war perfekt dafür. Die Ringbahn, mit der man alles (für uns Interessante) erreicht, ist nur ein paar Schritte entfernt und trotzdem nicht hörbar. Carsten war uns beim Check-in sehr entgegenkommend, da wir recht spät ankamen, absolut freundlich, informativ und immer gut erreichbar. Der zugehörige Parkplatz war ein Segen. Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben und hatte alles, was man für einen Aufenthalt benötigt. Wir drei und unser Fellkind hatten tolle Tage in Berlin in einer top Unterkunft; falls es uns mal wieder nach Berlin verschlagen sollte, ist diese Unterkunft die erste Anlaufstelle :)

Evin konumu merkeziydi, metroya çok yakındı, müzeler adası ve duvara yürüyerek gidebildik. Yakında restoran seçenekleri boldu ve fiyatları uygundu.Ancak Berlin’de çok daha fazla beğendiğimiz semtler oldu, bu nedenle konumu iyi düşünün derim. Ev baya genişti biz 3 kişiydik ama 5 kişi rahatlıkla kalabilir, çok güzel dekore edilmişti, balkonu çok başarılıydı, yerden ısıtma sistemi vardı soğuk günlerde de üşümedik. Ev büyük olduğu için temizliğini yönetmek daha zor sanırım, mutfak daha temiz olabilirdi. Ama genel olarak güzel vakit geçirdik, her şey için çok teşekkür ederiz.

We spent a wonderful 4 nights at Vanni‘s apartment in Prenzlauer Berg. It’s very spacious, tastefully decorated and had everything we needed. Vanni was super responsive, very kind and he even let us store our luggage in the flat for a good while after check out time so that we could enjoy our last hours before catching the flight without having to drag it around. We felt very much at home! Complementary (and very good!) coffee and tea was highly appreciated! The area is fabulous! Very good public transport connection to pretty much everywhere in Berlin, great restaurants and amazing cafes, cute boutiques, pubs, bars, Biergarten, everything in walking distance. If you like the buzz of the city and also coming „home“ to a vibrant, typical Berlin, beautiful and very green neighbourhood this is the place to stay. We‘ll be back!

Wir haben uns bei Evi und Ihrer Familie sehr wohl gefühlt.Bereits der Erstkontakt war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die ruhige Umgebung und direkte Waldrandlage war für uns mit unserer Hündin einfach nur perfekt. Auch die Verbindung mit der S 1 Richtung Berlin City ist völlig kompliaktionslos und somit steht einem schnellen Hinkommen zu einem Seightseeing Trip der Berliner City auch nichts im Wege. Wir empfehlen die Wohnung von Herzen weiter.

Die schöne und kreative Wohnung von Michele hat uns sofort gefallen: Stilsicher ausgewählte Bilder und Kunstwerke und viele Pflanzen, hier wäre man gerne länger zu Gast! Die Terrasse hat morgens viel Sonne und ist am Nachmittag angenehm für einen Kaffee im Schatten. In der Nähe sind zahlreiche hippe Cafés, Bars, Restaurants und Shops. Michele war immer erreichbar, als wir kleine Fragen hatten und hat uns weitere Tipps von sich aus angeboten. Der Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Wenn ich wieder eine Reise nach Berlin plane, werde ich versuchen wieder bei Michele zu buchen!
