A fantastic experience for our stay at Val and Phil's, I highly recommend them. Spacious cottage, superbly clean, very well arranged with all the elements to make your stay feel like home from the moment you arrive, thinking only about your vacation. A superb view, quiet, relaxing. I was with my 2 children aged 3 ½ and there are all the outdoor games to have fun with this undeniable plus which is the heated and covered pool even in this winter period. Val and Phil are more than remarkable Hosts, from the moment of your booking, they are very attentive to recommendations for visiting this beautiful area, for your shopping before arrival and for the best of welcomes. The place matches the photos, Lola is super responsive! The loft is tastefully decorated and has quality materials! You feel at home right away. Efficient check-in and all amenities inside, the small outdoor area allows you to enjoy the weather on the swing. We had a wonderful family weekend at this large gite nestled in the heart of the Larnat mountains. The place is simply beautiful, surrounded by nature and silence, ideal for relaxing. The cottage is spacious, very clean and perfectly equipped to accommodate young and old in total comfort. We immediately feel at home there! The setting is idyllic for walks, dining on the terrace, and shared moments around the fire. Thank you again for an unforgettable stay, we will be happy to come back!

The property was everything we’d hoped for, peaceful, private and in a beautiful setting. It was equipped with everything we could need, with very comfortable furniture and high quality linens. The kitchen was very well equipped indeed, I loved the air fryer! Colin met us on arrival, unlocking the door and showing us how to operate the shutters before making himself scarce. Although the hosts live next door they’d obviously gone to some effort to make sure the property felt private, we hardly knew they were there. The area is just beautiful with some very scenic villages within a short drive. We’d recommend visiting Montolieu as well as Carcassonne itself. The Lac de la Cavayere is well worth a visit in nice weather and I suspect even more so in summer when all of its activities are in operation. Colin very kindly negotiated with the cleaners to allow us an extra hour before we had to check out - with 7 hours between checkout and our flight this was very much appreciated!

Perfect place to stay between a few friends or in family. This place is great for calming down and resting away from big towns. I loved everything about the place and the host + friends. I had a wonderful stay. I greatly recommend.

We spent a very good week at Laurence's. A home with all the necessary amenities, in a pretty corner of tranquility, well located between Carcassonne and the Montagne Noire for very beautiful discoveries.

Very nice apartment for a single person or couple.

We enjoyed a wonderful few days with Bart & Anjo. An excellent apartment with everything you need. Especially a very well equipped kitchen. There’s lots to do in this very lovely regions, well worth a visit. Some big tourist attractions but equally we spent a couple of days on a mystery tour, always good fun and great to sample local life. Thank you for your hospitality, perfect.

A really lovely host who explained everything to us. As soon as we arrived, everything was very easy. The apartment is very secure, it is in a very good location and offers a very nice view. The area is very peaceful. We arrived, it was very nice in the room, the furniture was refined and the bedding was great, just as it should be, a great mattress and beautiful pillows. In short, a very neat, very clean and very pleasant little apartment to spend some time resting, no outside noise.

Good accommodation, cozy and quiet. The kitchen is very well equipped, as is the living room. It is a few minutes from downtown so there is no noise at night. Alla is a good host, she allowed us to check in before the agreed time, and helped us with some small issue we had. Reply very quickly to messages and also by call. We had a great time during these 4 days.

The apartment prvoided everything I needed for a stay of about 1 week. The kitchen was well equipped, the bed was comfortable and everything was clean. Coming from abroad, I was well informed by Christian in case I had any question. Truly recommended!

Very nice apartment in the center of Ax les Thermes in an almost new state, two minutes walk from the Baou gondola for our skier friends and close to all shops. Very easy to access and easy to find thanks to the instructions provided. The apartment is sober, very clean and very well-equipped, you will find everything you need (linens, accessories and kitchen equipment,...) to have a very nice stay. Thanks again to Gérard and Sylvie for hosting us and with whom the communication is pleasant.
