This was our second stay at this wonderful home, and it was just as great as the first. Spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The yard with fruit trees and a lawn is lovely, and the hot tub under the stars is the highlight. Tastefully decorated with comfy furniture and plenty of closet space. The location is super convenient — just 8 minutes to downtown Ojai and about 20 to Ventura — and the peaceful, quiet neighborhood makes it even better. Highly recommend! Host Sharon is very responsive and helpful!

Absolutely gorgeous place with the most beautiful nature surroundings. Perfect for a family weekend with great amenities like pool table, darts and hot tub. Loved our stay!

We had the loveliest time celebrating our anniversary at this dreamy beach get-away! Super clean and gorgeous home, so many lovely, stylish spots to relax in. We hiked nearby, had a lovely walk on the beach and ate at very lovely and delicious little food places. Hearing the seals bark nearby just was such a cute and special little touch to the whole experience. I highly recommend this place for a secluded, relaxing little retreat!

This was a perfect place for a relaxing weekend for us. The house is snug, but the backyard seating area was a great place to chill. There isn't a lot in the immediate vicinity of the house, but it is centrally located and just 5-10 minutes from a lot of what Ventura has to offer. We were able to walk to the pier and downtown easily. John and Andy were great hosts and responded quickly to any requests.

Judith’s Spanish-Japanese blended house is absolute dream! The area is very peaceful with gorgeous sunsets, beautiful views, and an immaculate garden. In the morning you’ll hear birds chirping, in the afternoon it’ll be horses from the farm across the street, and the evening frogs - you’ll feel connected with nature for sure. The house is peaceful and the in-ground spa is an incredible feeling. Great amenities and close to Santa Barbara for adventures. Would highly recommend!

We loved this place for a girls weekend. Beds were comfy and lots of room to sit and visit.

Bonnie’s home was beautiful- very clean, comfortable, and had lovely surroundings. The pool outside was even better than expected, it was the perfect temperature and felt like a pool in an Italian villa. The hosts are also on-site and were so friendly, welcoming and accommodating. I would highly recommend staying here for a memorable weekend!

Our five-month stay at this property was truly exceptional. Kerri and her team welcomed us and our pets with such warmth, making us feel like part of their family. The property is stunningly stylish and perfectly situated along Ventura’s vibrant Main Street. Whether you’re planning an extended stay or a weekend getaway, this home is an ideal choice. The house and the location were perfect! When we come back to Ventura this is where we’ll stay again. Everything was clean and our kids were happy with the games provided outside. This house made our vacation!

Great spot! Really cozy and well appointed for its size. Cute back yard. Hosts are really communicative. Summerland is sleepy but that's what we like about it. Would definitely come back.

We had a great time at Landon & Evie’s place in Ventura! We stayed one night and hope to stay longer next time! Apartment was very nice and as described! Great location and walking distance to Main Street , restaurants , coffee , bars and beach! Place was clean, spacious and very comfortable! Apartment building was very quiet and peaceful! Landon & Evie were friendly, accommodating , welcoming and had great communication! We love Ventura and are exited to find a great place to stay when we are visiting! I cannot say enough positive things about our stay in Watermark B in Carpinteria. It was clean and comfortable. Close to the beach and the center of town. Carpinteria is active without being loud, and these accommodations were the perfect spot to take in Carpinteria. Pro-tip: there are boogie boards, beach chairs and toys in the laundry area.

Austin had great communication from the start and really easy check-in and check-out process. The space was clean, welcoming and had everything we needed. It was perfect for the 4 of us cozy space to regroup after our conference everyday - to eat around a table and chill out at night. We'd definitely stay there again!

Loved staying here! Very clean and such a sweet little cottage. There's a perfect little private outdoor area with a small table so you can cook or get takeout and eat outside. Perfect for a cozy little getaway. The only thing I didn't love is that it is close enough to the freeway that you can hear the traffic (and the train). But you get used to that pretty quickly. Arrival and checkout were easy and hosts checked in to see if we needed anything. Would stay here again if in the area.

We had a lovely weekend here! We were very busy with our daughter’s graduation, so we wish we could have been around more to enjoy the awesome patio and close proximity to the beach. It was clean and comfortable. We would stay here again. Thanks!

This place was absolutely beautiful with an amazing view of the water! Beach access was also great to have very close by! It was great being able to fall asleep with the sound of the waves! Amazing air bnb to stay at!

My wife and I stayed here while I attended a conference 45 minutes away, inland. I’m so glad we stayed where we did because of the views. Not difficult to get around. Grocery store and restaurants are not a far drive away. The place had everything we needed. Older adults, so pretty quiet. You can see and hear the ocean from the condo. Host was quick to respond to any questions.

Such a beautiful large condo Great location and Terri was so kind and helpful. Had access to e bike which was so fun. Hot tub was relaxing and really enjoyed having an outdoor warm shower after going to the beach. Loved this spot and would definitely stay here again!

This is perfect for a couple or a family with 2 small children. The kitchen was well equipped if you want to cook but restaurants are within walking distance. The beach is a block away, as well as a grassy park. Would definitely stay here again!

Comfortable place in a great location. It is in a nice neighborhood a few blocks from the beach, but also only about a 30 minute walk to the far end of the downtown area. I was able to walk to so many activities. The kitchen doesn't have a lot of extras (like herbs, condiments, foil, plastic baggies, or that sort of thing), but has basic utensils and equipment. It was pretty quiet for the most part and it was fairly easy to find parking as long as I followed the few restrictions. One of the nicest perks was being able to hear the southing fountain outside (because the windows were open). It was a nice sound to sleep with. Instructions were clear for the most part, but I needed a little clarification on the lock box. It was nice to have a contact person on site that could quickly talk me through it over the phone.
