Studio 2 with kitchenette and bathroom

A mini-small studio that has everything you need to be happy in the smallest of spaces. If you want to spend your Ticino vacation independently and cheaply, this is the place. An ideal starting point to discover Ticino. Lake Maggiore at your feet, the valleys and the centers (Locarno, Bellinzona and Lugano) are also easily accessible by public transport. The markets in Italy are also easily accessible by car or public transport. In winter and during the cool season, I recommend the studio for one person only!

Wonderful rustic duplex, nestled in the core of Avegno, offers peace and quiet. Inside there is a small dining room corner with fireplace and pineapple and a new kitchen; going up the stairs you can access the two bedrooms, a double for a thousand and one night and a transformable single bed to a double bed and a comfortable bathroom with a bathtub. Outside there are many spaces to read or eat, a beautiful terrace with a chaise longue, a patio with a table and chairs, and a garden with armchairs.

The fully furnished apartment consists of a large entrance with built-in wardrobes, a beautiful closed kitchen with all the necessary tools, a large living room with a sofa bed and TV which leads to the spacious balcony where you can enjoy unique moments. Wonderful views of Locarno and Ascona! Parking is subject to a fee, from 7 am to 7 pm, cost: 1 hour CHF 0.80, Sundays & holidays free. Longer stays are also possible. Bus number 3 or 4 from the train station, bus stop: Monti della Trinità. The stairs to the house go up in Via del Tiglio.
