Vacation rentals with beach access in Minusio

We had a great time with the family at Anna and Marco's. The apartment is conveniently located close to the lake and entertainment, very welcoming and well-equipped. We were able to take beautiful walks using only public transportation. We particularly appreciated Marco's personalized advice and availability during the stay. The contact by interposed messages was very friendly. We'll be happy to go back!

Fabio was a great host. He was very proactive, to the point of telling about a train strike the day we were suppose to arrive. He allowed us to get in early and checked in with us several times to make sure we were doing well. This is a great place to stay. The view was spectacular. We would definitely stay here again.

Despite the trouble of online check in, the owner responded smoothly.

This was one of the best Airbnb experiences I have ever had. Mario was very proactive with contacting me and responding to questions. He very kindly came to pick us up from the station due to the heavy rain when we arrived. He also have us a very thorough explanation of the house and the facilities. All this before mentioning the house itself! It was perfect! The view is beautiful and it was spotlessly clean and better than the photos. It's was absolutely suitable for our group of 4 (one couple and two single adults). There is a lining room and balcony where you can sit together and separate bedrooms to get away to. Overall it was a wonderful experience and I wholeheartedly recommend this place.

We loved being able to sit on the balcony enjoying the view of the lake. Mattia made us fell at home and quickly responded to any request we had. We would stay here again.

Fantastic location, minutes away from the lake/amazing food spots/everything you could need. Great communication from Host, super easy to find/check in, including so many recommendations for enjoying our stay. Great place!! Views are amazing and the patio/backyard place is really nice to hang out at. Definitely would come back to this place! Just watch for the wind and doors closing but there are little feet door stoppers to prevent. haha not a bad problem to have! Would recommend if you’re looking for a place to stay in Varenna! We stayed here for two nights and absolutely loved our time. The view was brilliant — truly one of the most beautiful we’ve seen. Andrea was a fantastic host — welcoming, thoughtful, and kind. He even surprised us with a bottle of wine, which was such a lovely touch. The hot tub experience was extraordinary and added so much to the stay. We also checked out a little late, and Andrea was kind enough to accommodate us without any hassle. I would highly recommend this place to anyone — it’s a perfect spot to relax and take in the beauty around. Thank you, Andrea!

Amazing host and a breathtaking view. Too bad we couldn't use the pool due to cold windy weather but had an amazing time with family and kids. with only 10 min drive to local attractions and ferry. I would highly recommend this Michele and his property.

We had such a great time visiting here. It was a bit of a walk to the house but very doable. Couldn’t recommend this place enough. Riccardo was extremely responsive during our visit too. Menaggio was the perfect area to stay at Lake Como. All of the charm and half of the crowds. We Hope to come back again someday.

Fiorella's place was a true gem! Excellent location, enough room for our group and great view towards the lake. Fiorella was very helpful with everything and we really enjoyed our stay.

Peaceful village away from main tourist areas but with easy transport arrangements to access via train, boat & road. Good accesible local amenities & with a stunning panoramic view of Lake Como from the balcony. The apartment was well equipped and perfect for a long stay.

The apartment is just as described on Airbnb. It is literally a 2-min walk from Varrena train station, ferry points and everything else (mini markets, restaurants) is at walkable distance. Fabio is very responsive and helpful, definitely recommend this property!

Just brilliant! One of the best places we stayed in across our 3 mths in Europe!! For Lake Como it was absolutely perfect! Very highly recommended indeed!!

Everything was great! Alessandro responded to the messages extremely quickly and was very friendly. The accommodation is ideal for people who are flexible with the car. The balcony is fantastic. The apartment was very clean.

The views from the apartment are truly insane. Every window stayed open our entire trip so we could soak it all in. Rosa was very responsive especially when a landslide blocked one of the roads and she communicated an alternative route to reach the AirBnb. She also helped us out by sending us 3 taxi driver numbers when we needed a ride out of Bellagio. We enjoyed being a little off the beaten path in Careno. It was an easy walk into Nesso. FYI there is a dock at the base of Careno so if you charter a boat they can pick you up there. Highly recommend!

Lovely lakeside views, calm and peaceful; these are hard to beat. We were treated to chilled prosecco and enough coffee pods to get us through a couple days! Our host provided perfect video instruction to get in so we had the flexibility to arrive when we wanted. The space was bright in the common areas and muted in the bedroom area for sleeping. Plus two bathrooms with new showers, very well apportioned. (Remember to bring soap or body wash as it was not supplied) Drive to Bellagio less than 15 minutes—the roads in the area are windy and a bit narrow but we got used to it. We ate out but the kitchen was well set up with utensils.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The is cozy and clean.
