Monthly Rentals in Minden

Greg and Chris' place in Minden is immaculate. It has been beautifully designed and thoughtfully outfitted with everything you could possibly need during a long-term stay. We visited the area so that we could enjoy some spring skiing - with Heavenly only 30 minutes away and Palisades Tahoe about 1.5 hrs it is a great home base! Greg and Chris are extremely accommodating and very responsive. The cherry on top was being able to enjoy gorgeous sunrises and sunsets each day. I would highly recommend staying at Greg & Chris' spot and would love to return one day.

Our stay at Gary’s place was absolutely perfect. It was incredibly convenient and comfortable, and we were especially thankful to find it so close to where our son and daughter-in-law live. The highlight of our visit was meeting our grandson for the first time — such a special moment made even better by having a peaceful and welcoming place to stay. The view of the snowcapped Sierra Nevada mountains was spectacular, and Gary was a wonderful host — communicative and understanding, especially with our flight delays. We’re so grateful for the experience and highly recommend staying here.

We stayed for a month and really enjoyed it! Beautiful location right at the base of the Kingsbury grade. Gardnerville is a cute, quiet, small town with friendly people and a couple great restaurants. Just 20ish minutes to Tahoe and much more affordable than the air bnbs closer to the lake. House had lots of space and felt like home! Ryan and Kimberly were friendly and responsive.

Great spot on a quiet street with easy access to Minden/Gardnerville and Carson City. Plenty of privacy from the main house, adequate off street parking. Full size stove/oven and fridge a plus. Comfortable queen bed. Very tiny washing machine and no dryer, so plan to do laundry somewhere else. Comfortable heating/air conditioning, but AC units a bit noisy and space consuming. Overall, good value for a monthly stay.
