Very special stay, I'll never forget. Stars, sea and the sound of waves and roosters. Evandro is a kind, interesting person and my father and me were happy to meet him on our trip, having the chance to discover the little village of Tarrafal and its people. Even the travel there and going back was a nice adventure, seeing the sunrise from the aluguer. We hope to be back. Muito obrigada

I really enjoyed my stay in São Vicente. It’s the perfect location, walking distance of the beach. You have a living room with kitchen and the room and bathroom are clean and well kept. The staff is friendly and extremely helpful. Would definitely come back.

Liliana is a very heartwarming host, quick to respond to your questions and helpfull in aiding your trip around Saõ Vicente. Couldn’t have wished for more. About the appartment. It is located right on the sea board. A beautiful and tranquil place to enjoy the ocean, read a book and at night you have an amazong view of the stars. There’s a garden with a lot of shade and place to relax. Right next door there’s a small turtle sanctuary and you can make a roundtrip by foot around the vulcano. So enough to do for everyone. Inside the appartment is very clean, tidy en cozy. We enjoyed our stay very much!

We had a lovely stay at Carlo's house and enjoyed his hospitality. The view is amazing and the house well equiped. Supermarkets, hiking spots and the town are all nearby - which was very conveniant. Great place to stay during visiting the valley!

We stayed with Paulo and his wife in their house organized to host several people. Paulo was super reactive, he came to pick us up from the airport and gave us a tour of the city. The day we wanted to leave Mindelo, there was no minibus running so he also dropped us in the village we were staying next. In short he is really nice, helpful and very resourceful when it comes to local adresses!! His place is nice, simple and comfortable. The terrace is super cool and gives you a nice view over Mindelo! It’s 10min walk away from the city center and 30min from the beach where you can swim. Thank you so much for everything Paulo!

The view from the terrace is really the highlight of the place. We also appreciated the authentic charm: the vintage furniture and structures. The room (4) was spacious with ensuite bathroom. Bed was comfy. Breakfast was plentyfull. We liked the fact that there was a communal kitchen with all appliances one would need. We cooked by ourselves one night and enjoyed our dinner while watching the sun set on the terrace. The owner was very friendly, and informed us that soon he will start some renovation works. The only downside was that the floors got dirty quickly (in common area and in the room) but was not cleaned in the 2 days we stayed there. Also the water in the shower was quite weak. But as said, after some works it will be an even nicer place to stay. We recommend.

Wonderful place and very nice host

The accommodation is ideally located by the sea, very quiet, it feels good. Anny was as pleasant as could be and we can never thank her enough for her kind advice. The couple working for the house also perfectly represents Cape Verdean kindness and humility. I only have one desire, which is to go back because one night is too short to appreciate the place. Olavo is a treasure and has taken care of everything. It's fantastically beautiful, you can even hear the sea rustling. We would always book again!

This is located in a very quiet and safe neighborhood that is in close walking distance to the beach, restaurants, banks, and public transit. The apartments has the basic necessities and is clean and spacious. The bed is quite comfortable. Not all beds in CV are. Ed was very responsive to my messages and proactive in making sure my stay was pleasant. I would definitely recommend staying here.
