Top apartment beautiful view we really enjoyed large bedrooms wonderful beds. I really recommend everyone to take this apartment. There is not much nearby yet. Because it is still being built. But it really is a top apartment

After having a little trouble finding it, Filomene's welcome was great. The accommodation is clean and tidy. Very conveniently located with the beach or the city center 15/20 min walk, the shisha bar 2 min was great. For a single person or couple who want to discover Mindelo, it's ideal! I'll come back on my next trip down there.

Bohème (from Filomena Apartments) is perfect! My trip to Sao Vicente was meant to relax and that was completely successful. Nice with coffee and a book in the morning sun on the balcony. Wake up under the super clean shower with a good jet. And then walking to the (super)market, the beach or an eatery - choice enough within walking distance - to come back at the end of the afternoon for a siesta in a wonderfully cool bedroom on a nice mattress. In the evening I cooked myself - also the kitchen is full of comforts - or one of the famous taxi drivers took me to the most beautiful places in Mindelo. You can have a great time in the beautiful apartment (e.g. Netflix on the TVs and table games) but on the island there is plenty to do (e.g. car tour along Salamsa and Monte Verde etc.). Elida and Nuun have good tips and the residents of Sao Vicente are happy to show you their island. Just ask; people are really sweet and at Filomena Aprtmnts you are in the best hands. Bêjus!

Mindelo Sunset - Ocean View! What a beautiful place! It was super clean, organized, and beautifully decorated. The unit has a nice vibe to it and had everything that I needed; I felt right at home! And the view! Oh my Goodness, what a view! Nothing better than waking up to a beautiful view of Monte Cara and Laginha beach! Also, the location is perfect: it's a short walk to Laginha beach and very close to Mindelo's center (downtown area) which you can find many restaurants, cafes, etc. The neighborhood is safe and the building is secure, which was exactly what I was looking for. Safety is a non negotiable for me. I also loved the fact that there is a cafe and mini-market right on the ground floor! That was super convenient for me! The host was professional, prompt, and super friendly! The host's description of the place is on point, nothing more and nothing less. Overall, I had a great experience and will definitely be staying at Mindelo Sunset again!

Living in the photo wallpaper, is what we felt like each morning waking up at this place! Marise was very flexible with check-in and out times, which was wonderful, and we did not have to wander around with bags in hand. The house was squeaky clean, is as described, and well equipped with everything one needs for cooking full meals at home. WAshing machine is a great addition. One and a half bathrooms, excellent storage space, very nice lighting. The windows are huge, but thick curtains close them fully. The building is new, safe, and has an elevator. We parked for 3 days in front, and everything was fine. Multiple buses stop right in front of the building, and there are may restaurants and markets. Behind the building is the arts museum, and a very nice park, and our favorite ice-cream place, but really everything is walkable. The beach with the most surreal color is 15 minutes away, the ferry to Antao even less. Tourist bureau just outside the building. The bank is downstairs.

We lived in the same building as their family but we had our own appartment. They were all super helpful, friendly and they have the most adorable dog :). 100% recommendation! Best, Roman and Luisa

I recommend it, amazing apartment, very nice, super well equipped with very good taste, I felt at home. Quiet at night, good to rest, nice neighbors, you can walk to the beach in 10 minutes, good internet, even TV with hundreds of channels.

Plenty of space and equipped with every comfort. I loved the huge outdoor space. Easy to reach the center. Benvindo was quick to reach with questions. I was able to leave my suitcase there when I wanted to visit another island for several days. And decided to go back the last days of my vacation.

Thank you Antonio for your responsiveness and for your contacts (Fabio in particular). For the record, my flight was delayed and Antonio had imperatives but he quickly found a solution for me to have the keys when I arrived. The apartment is spacious and very clean and well-equipped. The city center is just a 10 minute walk. I only needed a taxi/bus to the airport and to get out of Mindelo, otherwise everything is very well done on foot.

Elsa is a nice friendly lady. You were always available. Thank you for everything.

Our family had a great stay with Barbara and her team. The house is really nicely furnished with nice space for our family of 5. Super close to many things and very walkable. Great spot for kids (next to a playground) and ready to S. Antao.

Fantastic stay with amazing views The apartment was in perfect condition, very clean and well cared for. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom spacious and the spectacular views. Communication with Gabriele and his team was excellent. They were always attentive and everything I asked for was provided with taste and very good predisposition. As an improvement, it would be helpful to have a clothes rack and a washing machine. Also, the WiFi sometimes doesn't work well. The place is somewhat far from downtown, so it is necessary to move by taxi. Even so, the experience was very good and I would definitely come back. ⭐⭐⭐⭐½ (4.5/5)

Nice place very close to beach. Stenio was very helpful and helped us through some flight issues. Leo was a great tour guide through the city. Apartment is very well set up with different services you can easily access and in a great location

Honoria is a lovely woman and a perfect hostess. She wants to help with everything and even left me some nice Catchupa when I told her I loved this typical Cape Verdean food. The apartment was bigger than I thought it was. Clean and quiet. Perfect location near Laginha Beach. I would definitely stay there on my next visit.

I spent one month in this apartment and everything was absolutely perfect! from the friendly welcome from the host and her responsiveness in helping me with any question, to the central location, comfort and space of the apartment, this was the perfect home away from home. The flat is very spacious and breezy and has an amazing view. The kitchen is well equipped and functional, and I loved having a washing machine. The bedroom was quiet and the bed was very comfortable, the shower had great pressure and temperature. Not to mention the place was super squeaky clean and it exceeded all my expectations. I would book it again in a heartbeat!

I would recommend this host, very friendly and made herself available if we had any needs. The apartment was in a good location and very clean. I'll be back!

l appartement of antonio is new and good for family very confortable for even 5 personnes on sleeping in the living room we have chance antonio was in holiday a sao vicente he time lot of his time like a guide and driver he make us visit good restaurants markets and fish-market and un good trip in san antao island all a day long we appreciate a lot our stay for 3 child and 2 adults the kitchen is ok thanks again antonio we will come back next carnaval
