Bei dieser besonderen Unterkunft, direkt an der Dorfstraße Richtung Dorfmitte, sind alle wichtigen Anlaufpunkte ganz in der Nähe – so wird die Planung deines Aufenthalts ganz einfach. 1 Autoparkplatz vor der Tür, Bushaltestelle in 2Minuten erreichbar. Das Zentrum von Mils und Hall in Tirol ist zu Fuß leicht erreichbar. Innsbruck ist mit dem Bus erreichbar. Lebensmittel oder Restaurant zu Fuß in wenigen Metern. Tipps für nahe und ferne Ausflüge, auch mit Kindern gebe ich sehr gerne weiter:)

Die Ruhe genießen, in einem Dorf unweit von Innsbruck und den vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten von Innsbruck, Hall, Wattens und Schwaz. Ob kulturell, wandern in den Bergen oder Ski fahren im Winter. Wir Elisabeth und Christian mit Hund Diego wohnen nebenan und sind bei Fragen und Wünschen gleich zur Stelle. Mit Wlan ist es auch möglich auf der Terrasse eventuell mal schnell die Emailpost zu Checken oder gar Homeoffice zu tätigen mit dirketen Blick auf die Berge wie Glungezer oder das Karwendel.

Die Wohnung verfügt über zwei Schlafzimmer (ein Zimmer mit einem Doppelbett - Breite 1,55m - und ein weiteres Zimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten - Breite 90cm), einem kombinierten Küchen-, Ess- und Wohnzimmerbereich, Badezimmer mit Dusche, WC und Terrasse. In beiden Zimmern befinden sich ein Kleiderschrank und ein Schreibtisch mit Sessel.

Superb stay. I was very happy to have found such a great place. The surroundings were beautiful and peaceful, the house incredibly clean, with all amenities listed and a charming yard to take the coffee with some sun :) . Christian has been a great host, super friendly, welcoming and available to reach in case we needed anything. I enjoyed he and his partner came to say hello the day we arrived and gave us further details on the house. If I could give more stars, I would. So thank you for your hospitality!

Location was very good. Old town was nice although shops and restaurants were closed during the Christmas. Anyway it didn’t bother us because the apartment itself was so cozy so we didn’t mind to cook by ourselves. Alex is very friendly and helpful host. I can 100% recommend his place.

A secure key box is mounted on a white wall next to a wooden door with glass panels. The key box features a keypad with a numbered combination, designed for easy access while maintaining security.

Vše proběhlo naprosto skvěle, samoobslužný vstup proběhl hladce a Renate byla připravena pomoci, kdyby nastal problém. Ubytování bylo krásné, čisté a pohodlné. Okolní prostředí je klidné s výhledy na okolní hory. Rozhodně doporučuji!!!

Quiet peaceful location, exactly what I was looking for to recharge my batteries. Peter is a great outgoing host, friendly and genuine.

Paul è persona gentilissima e super reattiva nella gestione dei suoi ospiti, nel nostro caso aveva avuto un inconveniente con l’alloggio e ci ha trovato un’alternativa di un livello, a detta sua, superiore senza sovrapprezzo. La sistemazione alternativa era perfetta ma la prontezza di Paul e la sua gentilezza sono il motivo principale di queste 5 stelle!

Ons kort verblijf bij Christian was de moeite waard. Mijn partner, ik en onze baby verbleven er samen met mijn mama voor een verlengd weekend. De communicatie met Christian was duidelijk, ook bij aankomst legde hij alles prima uit. Alles was aanwezig wat je je maar kon bedenken in het appartement. Het is ruim, licht, goed bemeubeld en heel rustig in de natuur gelegen met veel wandelmogelijkheden. Ook winkels zijn er op fietsafstand. Hij had voor ons het appartement al verwarmd bij aankomst speciaal voor onze baby en er lagen in de kasten extra dekentjes voor de koudere nachten. Het enige minpuntje waar sommige misschien over zouden vallen, maar voor ons totaal geen probleem was, is dat de ene slaapkamer met de andere in verbinding staat en je in de tweede slaapkamer enkel geraakt door door de eerste te gaan, maar met goede afspraken was dit perfect. Bij een toekomstig bezoek aan Innsbruck of Hall in Tirol komen wij zeker terug naar het appartement van Christian.

Our host was exceptionally friendly and generous, making the entire experience smooth and welcoming. The check-in process was simple and convenient, adding to the overall ease and comfort of our stay. This place is a perfect blend of peace, beauty, and hospitality. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area and Innsbruck,it’s truly a gem!
