Il portinaio Shiran è sempre in loco dal lunedì al venerdì, dalle 8,30 alle 13,00. Gli Ospiti possono altresì pigiare il pulsante n. 7 del citofono: V'è sempre qualcuno a casa pronto ad accoglierli. L'Host vive nello stesso stabile e assicura la propria costante presenza e disponibilità nel ricevere gli ospiti al loro arrivo. 2) Check-in in orari diversi Nell'ipotesi in cui gli Ospiti arrivino a qualsivoglia ora del giorno o della notte, sarà opportuno avvisare per tempo l'Host e concordare un orario di arrivo approssimativo. L'Host in ogni caso è sempre disponibile h24 o su Airbnb o sul proprio telefono personale (+39 339 31 99 131). IL GIORNO DEL PROPRIO ARRIVO, GLI OSPITI TROVERANNO SEMPRE QUALCUNO AD ACCOGLIERLI. CHECK-OUT Normalmente l'appartamento deve essere liberato, il giorno del check-out, non dopo le 11,00 - mezzogiorno (12,00 pm). Questo è quanto! L'Host si rende sempre disponibile, laddove richiesto, ad aiutare gli Ospiti a trasportare le proprie valigie fuori dall'appartamento. Guests normally communicate and agree with the Host an approximate time of arrival. 1) Morning check-in At their arrival to via San Carpoforo n.4, Guests can ask the building's next doorkeeper (Via San Carpoforo n. 6), whose name is Shiran, to call Host or Housekeeper that are always available at home. The porter Shiran is always there from Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 01,00pm. Guests can also push the n.7 button of intercom: there’s always someone at home waiting for them. The apartment is on the mezzanine floor of a very charming Lombard Baroque-style building, and is completely renovated. The floors are in marble cast in mosaic or wood decorated with inlays, there are vintage chandeliers, stucco and original wood paneling of the house completely renovated. The square footage is very large and comfortable. The apartment consists of: a large double living room with TV connected to super fast fiber internet and a large and comfortable sofa, connected by an arch to the dining room with table and 8 chairs. The kitchen with table for 8/10 people, has induction burners, oven, dishwasher, is perfectly equipped and functional. There are four bedrooms. Two are double (one overlooking the very quiet internal courtyard and one on the street). The two single bedrooms (one overlooking the street and one on the courtyard) can be equipped with a single bed or two beds as needed. The bathroom, completely new, is equipped with a spacious glass shower cabin, and wooden parquet flooring. The apartment is also connected, by means of a wonderful spiral staircase in decorated wrought iron, to a large tavern with a fully renovated bathroom, large glass shower cabin, washing machine, drying rack, ironing board.
