a very cozy place, of all the accommodations that we were in Europe, this was the one we liked the most. Quiet, safe, with the bus stop steps from the door. surrounded by a very relaxing and beautiful natural environment, and a very friendly and concerned host. We would definitely stay in this place again.

Charming and quiet place in the countryside. The apartment is very spacious and welcoming. We did not feel the need for air conditioning because, being on the ground floor, the apartment is cool and equipped with fans in every room. The owner is very kind, caring and discreet, she immediately made us feel comfortable. Overall it is a great accommodation for those who like tranquility and the only sounds of nature. I highly recommend it.

Beautiful house Divided into two floors, the living area downstairs and the sleeping area upstairs! Convenient when you want to rest and others can stay quietly downstairs watching movies or chatting! Even more so if you have two children who can go take a nap and you adults can continue to mind your own business downstairs! And even at night! You can't hear what's going on downstairs! Huge garden to enjoy the days outside, it's great if you have children or dogs! Our two dogs had so much fun and didn't want to stay in the house! Great that there are TVs to send children to watch cartoons, you can watch a movie or simply turn on the music! There are also many cartoons to watch on DVD and many games for children! Both inside the house and outside!! A short distance away there are all supermarkets, restaurants, a pharmacy, and tobacco! In a short time you reach the sea! Thank you for this wonderful experience!

If your looking for 70” flat screens and lazy boy chairs and room service this is not for you This is the location to base from! 15 minutes to the beach 18 minutes to Pisa and catch the train to Florence ( booked the sunset river tour with violin player) 45 minutes to Luca (Michelin restaurant #33 in 2022 food was unbelievable) 1 hr drive to wine country and vineyard tours Remember Italy is all about reservations Patrizia was wonderfully sweet and kindhearted Wish the trip would never have ended
