I absolutely loved my two-month stay at Nathan‘s place. The apartment had everything I needed, with bonus touches such as great water pressure and hot water, a surprisingly spacious closet to store your luggage and many other things, an unbeatable, safe location, and peaceful silence at night. Nathan was a great host and I would definitely consider this place again the next time I’m in the area!

Aight was a terrific host. I had SO many questions and received timely, helpful and friendly responses. This served as a great solution to our extended stay needs. I would absolutely recommend both Aight and this place. All hosts should be as great Aight! Thank you again for everything.

Staying at the NCH was pretty comfortable and easy. The host was always very responsive regarding every single issue I had and even though it's a very busy area, the studio was very quiet. Would definitely recommend and book it again!

Lia was a wonderful host - extremely attentive and detail-oriented. Her place is truly a gem on the UES, walking distance to great restaurants and within a two block radius of multiple public transport options. The apartment is spacious, comfortable, charmingly decorated, and a pleasure to spend time in. Lia thought through every detail for a comfortable stay - from high quality linens, ample towels, appliances for personal use (e.g. hair dryer) and the kitchen (e.g. coffee machine), a “starter pack” of goods in the kitchen for cooking, etc.
