Madeline and Co-host, Clay were an absolute pleasure from pre-booking to post check-out. Great communication ensuring a stress free booking, providing clear instructions and local recommendations from supermarkets, restaurants to best transportation routes for New York. The apartment is exactly as described and depicted in the photos. Providing a nice mix of vintage and modern, creates a very relaxing and comfortable atmosphere to decompress after a packed itinerary with the family in NYC! The view is fantastic, and can be indulged out on the balcony in the morning with freshly ground coffee (provided by the hosts) or with a wine in the evening (arranged by the wife!). All in all, clean, comfy, spacious, ideal for a group or family, well located, and we will definitely be back!! I have stayed in this apartment for one straight month and I have to say it is very suitable for long-term stays, clean, relatively new, completely furnished and it has everything you need from a place. Moreover, the host, Betty, was always reachable and very supportive. I can't mention any flaw.

My kids, nieces and I had the best trip! Pratik and Harsha were amazing hosts! Even allowed a late check out and luggage storage. We had a late flight out so this made it so much less stressful!!! House was amazing, beautiful views, amazing neighborhood and people are so friendly!!! Can’t wait to come back, we loved this place 😊

a great thank you to Derby who was helpful and valuable in giving us advice, directions and help when we needed it. I recommend this apartment when you want to have a quiet landmark just a few minutes from NYC. Getting to NY is very simple and you have various solutions, we had a great time with NJ Transit app in checking the time of passage of the various buses to the stops very close to the Derby house. Very attentive in making the stay pleasant for its guests and the rest at night in full relaxation after days of visits to the city. I also recommend visiting Union City and New Jersey. We stayed at Liverty Park and enjoyed the beautiful skyline visible in various parts of the City. We stayed with an 8-year-old girl and Derby had a thousand attention for everyone. Veronica‘s House is a dream come true. It is a haven of peace and quiet with beautiful furniture and art throughout the house. We could not recommend it more warmly. Ideal for a vacation or to wind down after a long day of work. Veronica is an extremely responsive host and has great tips of what to do.

We had a great time at Andrew’s. The location is perfect for views, walks, restaurants and access to the Sandy Hook Beach. Great stay, great host!

Ben's place is a wonderful find with a wonderful host. His home is very comfortable and spacious. The location is very close to many restaurants, PATH station and Liberty Park with ferries over to Manhattan. Yet, the neighborhood was quiet -- it was easy to get a good sleep at night. We appreciated the parking space in front, great internet for work and use of the W/D. Checking in and out was a breeze! Thanks for having us stay, Ben.

We loved our time in the Getaway! It suited our needs, was very clean, and all instructions given by James were “right on”! From the extremely complete instruction manual to his responsiveness when we needed help, James was the best! The Getaway was well kept, had a collection of eclectic and modern furnishings all very durable. We loved that it had a porta crib, beach chairs, and umbrella. We never had any trouble finding street parking right in front of the house. We would stay there again. Thanks James!

Wonderful stay at this home. Waking distance to the beach and many food options close by (pizza, seafood, cheesesteak and bagels). The home was clean and with a large living room for our family. Great, friendly and fast response from Gabe and Angela. Our daughter (4yrs old) did not want to leave and keeps asking to go back!

I had an extended, off-season stay in Lavallette, and really enjoyed being at the beach during the off season. Many restaurants and shops are open Thursday-Sunday. The house is walkable to the beach and bay, and one mile from the Lavallette business district. Walking the dog on the Lavallette boardwalk or Island Beach State Park was perfect. All the shopping I needed was in Toms River or Brick, both a quick drive. Highly recommend.

My family & I stayed for 4 nights & had a wonderful time! The house was beautiful & pristine! It had everything we needed to feel at home. Sara was very responsive to any questions. The house was in a walkable neighborhood very close to Princeton University as well as many shops & restaurants and yet was very peaceful & quiet. Would stay here again next time in Princeton!

My family and I had a blast staying at Erika’s place! It looked even better in person. This was my families first time experiencing New Jersey. Transportation is only down the street at walking distance and local markets are easy to get to. She also provided some games such as Uno, connect four, and Jenga for those rainy days we decided to stay in. I would love to come back again!

The host is very communicative and responsive. The apartment's location is great, and the neighborhood is very safe. The apartment is located next to the train station, which it's very convenient if you need to travel or commune. It was a little issue with the check-in, but besides that, everything else was excellent. I would stay in the apartment again. Thank you Evelyn for everything.

Anabel was a great host. I loved staying in West New York for the first time and exploring Bergenline. The flat is well supplied with everything you would need in a house and it has beautiful views of the New York skyline. It is about a 30-45min bus drive on the 159 to NJ transit hub right next to Tine Square. Anabel was a very friendly and helpful host. Thank you Anabel. I would most definitely recommend this Airbnb and I hope to be back again soon (possibly for the FIFA World Cup ;-D )

Enjoyed our stay. Wonderful property, recently renovated, modern and spotless with significant space over 2 floors to easily accommodate a family of 5. Location easy to get the PATH to manhattan. First class, communicative hosts.
