We really enjoyed our stay here! Having the pool was fantastic and the house was bigger than I anticipated when I booked. What a little oasis. Appreciated the parking at the house and the side street parking. Loved the quick access to other shore towns. A great find overall.

We had a lovely stay near family at this upscale home with terrific amenities. Mike was communicative and the amenities top notch — something for everyone in our family to relax and enjoy plus plenty of space in the well-appointed house. Quiet neighborhood just 20 minutes from the shore, and the pool made for great family time as well.

Had a wonderful girl's weekend at the 'Retreat.' The house was very comfortable and the layout was conducive for cooking, eating and hanging out. The beds were comfy too! The backyard is amazing and we wished the weather was more cooperative for outdoor time. Communication with Ann and Mike was extremely easy and timely. We would definitely stay here again. We - nine of us - very much enjoyed our stay at this house for a Thanksgiving getaway. The five bedrooms and three bathrooms were perfect for our needs - and the living room was very comfortable and the kitchen well outfitted. As it was late fall, we didn't use the pool (closed for season) and didn't get to the hot tub (available, but we didn't find the time). Parking was easy and the garage had more gym equipment (weights, treadmill, rower, etc.) than a few hotel gyms that I've come across. Patricia was very communicative, and the house is a short drive to more than one beach, very close to Asbury Park, and near a number of decent restaurants. Together, it made for a very nice stay!

Jayne was wonderful. She made us feel right at home and was always available. Beautiful home in great location on the water. The pool was amazing and always warm. I would definitely stay here again next summer.

We had an amazing bachelorette weekend at Yelitza's place! There was plenty of room for all 10 of us, and the amenities, especially the pool, were fantastic and matched the description perfectly. The location was ideal, so close to the beach with plenty of stores within walking distance, or a quick drive. Yelitza was very responsive; I only had to reach out a couple of times with questions, and she responded right away with helpful solutions. We would definitely stay here again!

I cannot say enough positive things about Jake's beautiful Mendham farmhouse. My family and I spent the weekend there for my parents' 40th wedding anniversary and we could not have asked for anything more. Jake is so friendly and communicative. He is easygoing and responsive and made us feel very welcome. The house is stunning - charming and rustic with beautiful modern upgrades and plenty of room to spread out. We did not want to leave and hope to book with Jake again in the near future.

This is the 2nd year we've stayed here while visiting family at Thanksgiving. We enjoy being able to walk to restaurants and shops. The house is clean and we appreciate that the linens are provided.

Having never stayed at an AirBnB before, this opened my eyes to wanting to do more AirBnbs, as well as coming back to this host again. This place had a lot to offer and a lot of room for 6 of us to spread out comfortably. The only thing I wish I knew prior to arriving was that 3 of the beds have a 125lb weight limit, thankfully there was plenty of couch space to fit without an air mattress.

The house was immaculately clean and all instructions to access it were simple and clear. Given that we cafe in very late at night this was a huge positive. Had everything as described and the hosts were helpful and quick to respond to any questions.

It's an amazing experience to stay in Peter's house. It is so beautiful, romantic, artistic, spacious and cozy house. This is the first time for me to stay in such a clean, beautiful and spacious house, not sharing with others.
