The deposit is refunded upon departure if there is no damage to the house, and heating costs are deducted. Electricity is settled by meter. There is a short distance (about 5 km) to shopping in both Brenderup and Asperup. If you want to visit a city, we recommend both Middelfart and Bogense. Odense, which is located about 30 km from the house, is, as Denmark's 3rd largest city, certainly worth a visit. A really nice big city with many sights.
