An excellent base to explore both counties and near enough to the coast to explore some excellent east coast beaches. Set adjacent to the farmhouse on our smallholding, Rose Cottage is ideal for couples and families. For young families, various items are available such as cot and high chair . Dogs are very welcome and we have an area where they can enjoy some off lead exercise as well as a secure private garden. Outside features a south facing walled enclosed garden with bbq table and chairs and loungers where you can relax and enjoy the peace. Or you can walk down to our young woodland area where you can picnic,toast marshmallows over our fire pit ,let your dog run free or just enjoy a quiet stroll.

Little Oaks is a unique 1 bedroom cottage. It is surrounded by fields yet in easy reach of the A14 and cities/towns like Bury St. Edmunds and Cambridge. It has its' own private fenced garden and their is a play area on site that children can use if they would like. It is a new conversion. The cottage is in a peaceful setting however this means that WiFi is provided by a mobile device which is fine for collecting emails and surfing but not for downloading large volumes of data. Master bedroom has a freestanding bath and is set up in the eaves of the barn, majority of the room is full height. There is a 1st floor dressing room with tv and a small double sofa bed. There is a decked area outside with seating overlooking a pond. We are situated in a village with a local shop 300 metres away. Diss is 2 miles, 5 minute drive or 30 minute walk along quiet lanes. A car is essential.
