Stayed with a group of friends for my birthday weekend. The home was beautiful and extremely well appointed. Every room had its own bathroom which is ideal when several couples are staying in one place. Alleshia provided a terrific list of local attractions and “handy hints” and the location was perfect - a short distance to all the action but also in a quiet neighborhood with nice restaurants and coffee shops within easy walking distance. I would highly recommend and definitely stay here again when in New Orleans.

Lovely home away from the craziness, but still in the middle of some lovely retail, restaurants and an easy ride to just about anywhere you want to go in the city. The record collection was also top tier. My kid and I had a great time with that.

Had a great stay at Robin’s house. House was well maintained and clean. The neighborhood was quiet but still close enough to the French Quarter.

This was a charming home in an industrial neighborhood. The neighborhood was quiet and I had no problem walking from the home to near by businesses. We brought a rental car and parking was easy. We loved being a few blocks from Magazine St. which was packed with local restaurants, cafes, bakeries and also Walgreens and Walmart near by for the essentials. I enjoyed visiting the reasonably priced massage spa several times throughout my trip, perfect for revitalizing my tired feet. Michelle had many wonderful suggestions for all sorts of things: rooftop bars, pools, hidden gems and even just perfect views in parks to check out. She really was a wonderful resource for finding the best the city had to offer! We did grab a couple eye masks as the rooms were a little bright in the mornings, so bring yours from home if that’s your thing. Not the most private interior but I was traveling with my bestie so that was no problem for us! Having the yard to use was also a huge plus! It’s a yes!

Exactly as described and pictured. One block from St. Charles trolley made getting around easy. Very clean, and all needed basics provided. Would stay again. For those with mobility issues, be aware, 17 steps between first and second floors.

Great space if you want to stay on Frenchman in the middle of NoLa’s music scene. The balcony was our favorite. The AC worked great. We loved the space and we felt right at home.

This was my second time staying at Jesse’s place and it was just as good as the first. It’s a beautiful apartment in a great neighborhood. It’s just like the pictures and feels bigger in person, very clean and comfortable. I love the large balcony on the front, perfect for morning coffee or evening drinks. You can walk to City Park, I recommend the botanical gardens, gorgeous. You can also walk to several restaurants, I recommend The Bell, great atmosphere and delicious.

We had a great stay! The place is clean, and the bed was super comfortable. We were worried about street parking, but had no problems. We were always right in front of the apartment or, at most, two doors down. They are right that the apartment is on a busy street, but the bedroom is in the back, so with white noise it was just fine. We slept really well. I have really bad allergies, but had no problems at all because the house is clean and well-maintained. It's just a few blocks from Whole Foods and Octavia books, so it's a good location. We will stay there again if it's available when we come back!

I had an amazing stay at Owen’s place in the Lower Garden District. The apartment was absolutely beautiful—such a perfect mix of historic charm and modern touches. It had a cozy, peaceful vibe with lovely greenery that made it feel like a true retreat. Everything was spotless, and the space was incredibly comfortable and welcoming—truly felt like a home away from home. The location was also perfect, with so many great restaurants, shops, and things to do just a short walk away. The neighborhood felt very safe, and it was the ideal base for exploring New Orleans. Owen was a great host, and I’d definitely stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the area!

So, we stayed here to attend French Quarter fest. It was huge! Also, very clean and comfortable. The area felt really safe, too. We were able to enter and set our bags down 4 hours early, for a 65 dollar fee. That was really helpful. Nicely decorated with a cool lobby which has these old electrical panels which make you feel like you’re on a movie set. Definitely a nice place with enormous beautiful windows.

great stay located close to everything. awesome place to unwind and chill the deck is very nice in the morning and evening. and the beds were very comfortable. 5 stars all day.

Kelly's place is easy to find, beautiful, and comfortable! It had one off-street, gated parking spot with access to the building in the same lot. We enjoyed the street view from the living room window and the ability to walk to the riverfront safely. Check in and out was extremely easy and straight forward. Check out tasks weren't cumbersome; just sensible things as you would treat your own home. We would definitely choose this home again without any hesitation.

We had a great time and everything was conveniently located. The couches and beds were very comfy, the AC was on point. the decorations were so unique.

Joseph was responsive and the Airbnb was perfect for a couple on vacation. It was located right next to the French Quarter and was within walking distance of many restaurants. I would definitely book this location again.

We took the kids on a cruise and needed a place to stay after we got off. This condo felt very, very safe. A code to get into a gated and secured parking garage, code to get in the building, and code to get in our unit let us sleep easy. I would absolutely stay here again.

Loved this spot! So adorable and we couldn’t hear the couple we were staying with at all- so if you’re a light sleeper this is the place for you. The bed was SOOOOOO comfy. Any “issues” with the place that people post about have obviously never been to NOLA or understand that the entire city has sensitive plumbing, flash floods, etc- so this place was top notch. Tons of parking around the neighborhood and it’s safe. Cochon butcher is down the street and the best place in NOLA. Thanks Travis!

This is a great jumping off space for the complex intriguing city of New Orleans. A ahort walk to food, museums, streetcars, and a jump off of the expressway to arrive here. The space is comfortable, inviting, and the other building inhabitants are very friendly. Beverly is a lovely, accomodating, and extremely responsive host. When indoors, it is very quiet and peaceful given it's location in a bustling city. Don't hesitate to book Beverly's place.
