Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Mid-City, New Orleans

I am so happy we happened upon this listing and it was available! What a great spot. The location is very convenient to the main touristy spots in the French quarter. It’s easy to get anywhere in the area as well. Lisa was an amazing host. She was proactive and checked in on us. I had zero issues so I didn’t have to bug her. The place is very clean. I was so worried about the climate there but it was nice and cool inside. I adored the layout of the house and the high ceilings! Gosh, I could go on all day. We can’t wait to come back and stay here on another vacation!

Beautiful historic shotgun duplex! We certainly were a part of New Orleans with the neighborhood restaurants, bars and street car to the French Quarterly. Kevin gave us excellent recommendations and we nearly hit them all. Great location! Thanks Kevin

Great place to stay at and close to work

Our stay was perfection! The house was beautiful and huge! Much bigger than the pictures let on. It was equipped for everything we needed for a quick girls getaway! Both hosts were accommodating and very friendly! Definitely recommend!

Sara & Mark are New Orleans to the core. They keep a lovingly decorated and beautiful historic house, they love their city and they want you to enjoy yourself. So kind, so accommodating, so thoughtful. They're a class act all the way. The house is but a few steps away from one of the most beautiful parks in the country, and well-situated for exploring the most fascinating city in the country. Do yourself a favor and bring (or rent) a bicycle, and pedal all over the area.

The house was extremely comfortable and a short uber to all tourist attractions.

Great Air Bnb. It was my first time in New Orleans and being located in Uptown was perfect. The home is exactly like the pictures, whenever I visit again I would definitely love to stay here again.

Exactly as described and maybe even better in person! A quick walk to the FQ, but a pretty cheap Uber if you get tired of walking. We stayed a whole week, so it was nice to have somewhere close by to relax, refresh and escape the heat between exploring the city for the day and going out for the evening. Everything was great from their recommendations to the amenities! I’ll add one more recommendation- if it’s hot and you need to cool off, go to Erin Rose (right off Bourbon) for the best frozen Irish Coffee. It’s not super heavy on the booze, but it is amazing when walking around in the heat!

Fantastic place to stay in New Orleans. Near all the main areas but felt like a suburban escape with all of the green and the giant park which was great for dog walks

David’s place was clean and comfortable. Everything seemed brand new. Easy access to the building and the unit. Everyone was friendly. David checked in on our stay a couple times to confirm we had everything we needed. Much appreciated. Location was great. Close to restaurants, museums and the trolly (fun to ride to all the sights!) Everything was terrific! I had a question about the AC and Shirley and Minka were very responsive and helpful. Very clean and welcoming and I would stay there again!

Central location with easy access to great spots around town. Jim's place is safe, offered an incredible private and relaxing backyard. Plus, the upstairs apartment is wonderfully decorated, comfortable, and offered more than enough space for everyone in my family. Highly Recommend

Perfect place, if You (as me) has a conference in nearby University. Very clean, nice garden, nice owner. Public transport nearby. A good coffe at the university 3min away. Please just note, there are almost no groceries or shops or restaurants in short walking distance from house. But interior is very nice and stay was perfect. Andy

I recently stayed at Erin’s 's apartment and had a fantastic experience. The place was beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location was perfect, with plenty of restaurants and attractions within few min of driving distance. Erin’s was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the process. A perfectly appointed, spotless, HUGE apartment located steps away from the French Quarter. Safe and secure. Street noise at night so if you need perfectly quiet to sleep, that could be an issue but with earplugs, it was okay for us! Would stay and reccomend to anyone.

I recently stayed at this great Airbnb, and I must say, it was a pleasure, just as it was during my previous visits. The property is clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything you might need for a relaxing stay. The location is perfect, offering easy access to local attractions while also providing a peaceful and quiet environment for unwinding after a day's activities. I wouldn't hesitate to book this place again for future trips, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for an exceptional Airbnb experience.

it was awesome staying here will definitely use again

This was our second time staying in Joseph's place, and we would definitely stay there again. We love the location on Esplanade, which is an easy walk to either the French Quarter or Frenchman Street. There's a 24-hour bodega right next door that is well-stocked and friendly. Joseph offers a parking pass which makes all the difference for people like us who love the option of having a car to explore other parts of the City. The condo was comfortable and pretty, with the extra bonus of a balcony overlooking Esplanade. This is a second-floor unit so there are stairs to the entrance; there are also stairs to the bedroom and bathroom, but there's a half bath on the main floor which is very convenient. We're both used to stairs so it didn't bother us a bit. In all, we highly recommend Joseph as a host and his condo as an excellent choice for an Airbnb.
