We had a WONDERFUL time at this apartment!! It is beautiful and in a great location. It was close to a lot of restaurants and entertainment on Frenchman Street. And close to one of our favorite Jazz Clubs. Although, when we wanted to stay in and rest, we enjoyed the amenities and relaxation in the apartment. The owner was very nice and welcoming, he made us feel right at home. We will definitely be back!! LOVED IT!!

"per·se·ver·ance" - Historic Uptown Double Shotgun

TylerRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Michael and Robert were incredible hosts. From the moment of arrival to every communication during our stay. They were friendly and thoughtful and made our first time to New Orleans that much nicer. The space was very nice and clean and super comfortable. A/C was definitely our saviour during our stay! The area was so nice and relaxing yet exciting. Plenty of amenities within short walking distances meant you would never need to leave the area if you didn’t want to. Which would be crazy because New Orleans as a whole has so much to offer everyone! Everything we had planned to do and see was within a convenient 20-25 minute drive max. The food was incredible, the people were so nice and our stay with Robert and Michael in this incredible city just may have made the short list for one of our favourite trips to date. We cannot wait to return and we will absolutely be booking with Michael and Robert again in the future.

We loved Tim’s place! I work in New Orleans often, and this is one of the most convenient and comfortable homes I’ve Airbnb’d. Tim was helpful and responsive and it’s clear that he puts a ton of work into making folks feel welcome in the crescent city.

Charming Mid-city Apartment

AnnaRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Even though my stay was short, the space was inviting and had everything I needed. I didn’t need a full size kitchen, so just the microwave, fridge, and keurig were perfect. It was within walking distance of a coffee shop and City Park. I love Mid-City area and this place was perfect for my needs and the location of where I wanted to be.

Vibrant MidCity. Close to Streetcar, Restaurants

CherylRating, 5 stars2 months ago
Patrick’s place was as described - actually a bit bigger than I expected - with one exception: there are 4-5 stairs that lead up to the door. This is typical of New Orleans homes but I don’t believe it is in the description. The place is charming and private. The French doors pictured face a backyard that has a nice little garden and lovely trees. The grocery is 2-3 blocks away and plenty of restaurants (Juan’ Flying Burrito was delicious and a good value). While very walkable, Uber rides to most places were affordable. It was exactly what I was looking for a weeklong business trip.

Historic Mid-City Canal Streetcar Pad (#201)

KatieRating, 5 stars1 week ago
This is the perfect place to stay when visiting NOLA! It’s right on Canal Street with the streetcar stop right out front. It’s the perfect halfway point between the Quarter and City Park (and Greenwood Cemetery). Canal Street can be loud, but the apartment was relatively peaceful; I didn’t hear a peep out of anyone who lived there (unless they were using the stairwell), and the earplugs worked well at night to drown out any noise from the street. The apartment was very easy to get to, and it was beautiful inside. Everything was clean, well organized, and there were several personal touches that made it even more welcoming. Adele and I had communicated a bit before my arrival and she was very helpful and pleasant, and made some good suggestions. I also greatly appreciated her visitor’s guide, which is in the apartment, but which she also shared with me via Google before the trip. It really helped me plan my trip to the Crescent City. Highly recommend!

Ligy was such a wonderful host! She was friendly and extremely responsive. I could tell that she really cared about making sure our stay was the best it could be and totally went the extra mile to do so. She was very accommodating. The place itself was really nice. It was a well managed room in a time-share hotel that fit me and my father's needs perfectly for a last minute one-night stay for the super bowl without having to settle on quality or cleanliness. Thank you so much!

Spacious 5BD/3B near French Quarter + Pool Access

JodiRating, 5 stars1 month ago
We had a great stay. Beds were comfortable and there was a spacious kitchen & a fridge with a water filter and ice maker, which was a bonus. All of our needs were met. An elevator was broken and there was no way to access the stairs from the bottom so that required some patience as only one elevator was operational. Property management company runs a tight ship so make sure to read all of their rules before signing on the dotted line.

Welcome! Victorian home in awesome neighborhood!

EllieRating, 5 stars1 month ago
My husband and I had a really wonderful and memorable stay, thanks to Ian, who was incredibly kind and welcoming. He went out of his way to make us feel at home, offering genuine hospitality and even took us out on our last night in New Orleans (during Jazz Fest), which ended up being one of the highlights of our trip! The space itself is definitely more of a lived-in space; cozy but a little cluttered. That said, the unit is bigger than the photos lead on. There is a bonus sink/vanity right outside of the bathroom, that was certainly a plus for us when getting ready for the day/night. The location is ideal, walking distance to grocery stores, street cars, buses, and GREAT restaurants; at the same time the apt is remote and away from any street noise. We did run into an issue with the shower temperature and Ian fixed it right away. If you're someone who values a warm, local connection over a super polished space, this is your spot! Ian's hospitality is next to none!
