Casey’s place was exactly the cozy retreat we hoped for. Every corner felt thoughtfully equipped- from the soft throws on the sofa to the well-stocked kitchen- and those little touches showed how much care went into the space. Casey was incredibly generous and always quick to help, making check-in effortless and our stay completely stress-free.

Historic Home Safe Central Area Minutes to Quarter

ShuntellaRating, 5 stars4 weeks ago
Our stay at this Airbnb was truly delightful, exceeding our expectations in several key areas. We were particularly appreciative of the flexibility extended to us in being granted a **late check-out**, which significantly eased our departure and allowed for a much more relaxed final morning. This thoughtful accommodation made a considerable difference to our travel experience. Furthermore, we were very impressed by the prompt and efficient response when we requested assistance with the **lime in the shower**. Having someone attend to this detail so quickly demonstrated a commendable commitment to guest comfort and a high standard of maintenance. Thank you sincerely for providing such a wonderful and accommodating experience during our visit.
A spacious entryway is highlighted by a tall mirror, reflecting soft lighting from a nearby lamp. Shelves contain neatly folded towels, while a woven basket offers additional storage. A natural fiber rug runs along the floor, creating a welcoming atmosphere.

Modern MidCity hideaway

KatelynRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Hutch is exceptionally accommodating and highly responsive. We had to adjust our plans unexpectedly and he handled it with excellent service. He is very understanding when it comes to fur babies. Mine had a blast walking around town. Hutch went the extra mile by having a snazzy playlist playing when we arrived (which we enjoyed our entire stay). The bed + interior was super comfortable. And the fabulous giant mirror in the bathroom was a must-have for fashion moments or standard outfit checks (which ever fits your vibe!). The location of the house is within walking distances to sooo many fun places! Traveling as two females, we felt safe and comfortable in the neighborhood day and night (big plus!). Thank you Hutch !!

Esplanade Ave. Premier Jazzfest Location

MynetteRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
Wonderful comfortable place. The kitchen was super to cook in. The porch is great and there is a fabulous grocery store and several great restaurants and bars nearby. There is a party place (private club?) next door so may want earplugs if that would bother you. Didn’t bother us at all. You can take streetcars and buses from area. Beautiful City Park close by for exploration
A historic home is presented with a charming façade, featuring two sets of double front doors flanked by decorative ironwork. A stone walkway leads to the entrance, surrounded by landscaped greenery and planters, under a bright blue sky.

Historic Stay Safest Area Near Most Attractions

HelenRating, 5 stars4 weeks ago
Jake's place is spacious, described accurately, and comfortable. All your basic needs will be met. There's a big kitchen. We cooked breakfast everyday. The beds were comfortable and the shower pressure great. Jake's place is in a perfect location. 2 blocks in each direction is the streetcar, bus, or grocery store. City Park and the museum are a couple stops away. The French quarter is 10 mins in Uber and about 30 on the street car. It felt like a retreat just outside the craziness of the city. Bayou Boogaloo is walking distance if you're there in mid May. The restaurants in walking distance were amazing. I highly recommend Monday's lamb chops and sweet potato beignets. I would definitely stay there again.

City Park/Bayou: Clean, Spacious and Comfortable

BenRating, 5 stars11 months ago
Andrew was very friendly and responsive. This Airbnb is in a very pleasant part of mid-city, near the bayou, the art museum and City Park. An easy walk to the street car line (the Canal line on one of its two branches) and also centrally located for navigating nola by car (zip down Orleans for the Quarter, Esplanade for the Marigny/Bywater, straight shot down Carrollton to river bend end of St Charles etc etc.) There are good restaurants and bars nearby- a couple in walking distance. The space was pleasant and tidy, the courtyard is lovely. Be advised the futon isn’t going to please a picky sleeper but it’s functional for most and the bed is big enough to accommodate two. Highly recommend!
A bright bedroom features a spacious bed adorned with soft linens and decorative pillows. A desk with a lamp stands nearby, while windows dressed in dark curtains allow for natural light. Decorative wall art and a ceiling fan contribute to the inviting atmosphere.
