Monthly Rentals in Miami Township

Location for our purposes was perfect. It was only 6-8 minutes depending on traffic from my families home. While also conveniently located within 5-15 minutes from practically anything you could need (food, essentials, coffee, gas, etc etc). Very clean! Clear instruction for entrance that may have otherwise been slightly confusing without clear communication. Would 100% book Joshua's place again if available for the next visit 🙂

Lovely apartment and quiet community, good location, around 10mins drive from the busy area. Sam is very nice and friendly, tiny cleaning issue got fixed very quickly, don’t have much time to try the gym, but I will definitely recommend this place for anyone who needs to come to Dayton.

I needed a place to stay near Dayton while I completed my clinicals for college in that area. The cond was as stated, had everything I needed including attached garage, washer/dryer, and full kitchen. Safe area and Michelle was great, she was accommodating and always responded quickly! Only issue I had was cleanliness, we had to do a lot of cleaning when we arrived but overall, it was a comfortable stay.
