Baita Lucia - Cabin in the forest of Trentino A.A.

Perfect hut for family holidays in any season, surrounded by nature with ample space for play, relaxation, mountain biking, outdoor life. It has exclusive access to a large lawn and access to a larger open space in common with two other huts. There are games for children, including a spacious tree house. The hut, completely renovated in 2022, is located at 1430 meters. It is placed along the European trail E5 and it is close to a rich network of trails perfect for trekking and e-mountain bike.

The apartment features a living and dining area, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, two bedrooms (one with two single beds), and a bathroom, and is suitable for up to 4 people. The house is very welcoming. Consisting of a studio furnished in modern style with all comforts, a kitchenette and a bathroom with shower and hot tub. All surrounded by nature and the outdoor presence of a large swimming pool for the EXCLUSIVE USE of guests. The property being close to the medieval castle is not accessible by your own means, we use our car to bring guests and luggage. However, it is a 200-meter walk in the green of the hill.

City vacation in the middle of vineyards at the Erbacherhof in Bolzano. The cozy, bright apartment "Renates Gründer Suite" (65.5 m² + 24 m² terrace) is located on the first floor, has two separate bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, a private Finnish sauna, a sofa bed, a terrace, toilet, hairdryer, a fully equipped kitchen with cutlery, dishes, kettle, toaster and coffee machine. Linens, towels and hand towels are also provided.

We live in a large historic residence from the 1600s in the small village fraction of Scanna in the municipality of Livo. We rent 40s qm apartment ideal for 2 adults and a small child. Our guests can share our large garden with us. Small pets extra charge of 5.00 euros per night. Our dog Masha also lives in the house with us. Mandatory provincial tourist tax of 1 euro per person per night; to be paid in cash upon arrival.
