Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Metzingen

Wir waren zum zweiten mal in der Unterkunft, das spricht wohl für sich 😊. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war schnell und unkompliziert. Vielen Dank für alles!

Wir waren zu zweit Anfang Juni 2025 in Stuttgart, untergebracht bei Stephanie. Vorweg: Alles hat gepasst. Man merkt schnell an den vielen Details, dass hier jemand die Zimmer professionell, aber liebevoll führt. Angefangen vom Check-in (ich konnte eine Stunde früher in unser Zimmer > freundlich persönlicher Empfang), über die Möglichkeit im Foyer günstig Getränke & Snacks zu erwerben (ja fast zum EK!). Für mich selbst ist beim Übernachten am Wichtigsten das Thema Sauberkeit sowie Matratzen (sehr sauber & gut geschlafen). Wie bereits hier kommentiert wurde, sind die Zimmer im Erdgeschoss, was für mich in der ganzen AirBnB Diskussion um mangelnden Wohnraum eher ein positives Argument darstellt. So beschränkt sich die gewerbliche Vermietung hier auf die Paterre-Ebene (hier mit eigenem Eingang). Zahlreiche und wirklich tolle Frühstückmöglichkeiten in 2-5min Fußweite - perfek Auch abends bietet das umliegende Viertel einiges in direkter Umgebung. Eine klare Weiterempfehlung!

Een heerlijk verblijf gehad bij Thomas en Nicole in Kusterdingen. Alles was tot in de puntjes verzorgd: schoon, netjes en met oog voor detail. De badkamer was fris, de keuken goed uitgerust en er waren fijne extra’s zoals een haardroger, USB-kabeltjes en zelfs een flesje water bij aankomst. Thomas en Nicole zijn vriendelijk en maken graag een gezellig praatje. Alles was perfect in orde – echt een aanrader!

Very nice place, bit of everything. I spent my first week just visiting little towns within a 50 km radius. Ate like a pig, drank like a fish. PS .. you do of course need a car but parking is available right outside.

Super ausgestattete Unterkunft. Check in problemlos. Aufenthalt sehr entspannt dank ruhigem Wohngebiet. Für das Bett würde ich mir nächstes Mal mein eigenes Kissen mitnehmen, war etwas hart. Wäsche und alles war super! Wohnung sehr sauber. Ich kann die Wohnung und Alice als Gastgeberin uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Die Wohnung ist super sauber, wirklich sehr gut ausgestattet und auch richtig gut für längere Aufenthalte geeignet.

Alles top, wie immer! Kleine Kritik an Schlafzimmer im OG: Hier gab es kaum Möglichkeiten Kleidung aufzuhängen. Kommen gerne wieder.

We absolutely loved our stay! Christian’s property was cosy, clean and modern, with all the essentials we needed. The bed and sofa were comfortable and all kitchen appliances were clean and easy to use, including the BBQ. The surrounding area offered beautiful views that we spent hours looking at on the balcony. An added bonus for us were the bikes, it was a great way to explore the local area. The property was in a quiet area and offered safe and secure parking. It was a great place to explore the region from with easy access to both the Autobahn and amazing country roads. Christian is lovely and always there for support if needed.

Wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt bei Tamara. Die Lage und der Ausblick sind wunderschön. Auch Tamara hat uns vorher einige Tipps für Unternehmungen gegeben. Man hatte einfach das Gefühl dass es ihr wichtig ist, dass wir uns wohl fühlen und das haben wir auch! Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen

Sehr schönes, sauberes und ruhiges Haus. Guter, freundlicher Kontakt. Wir hatten nur einen Kurzaufenthalt gebucht, würden aber auch jederzeit gerne mehr Zeit hier verbringen.

Alex was an incredible host, friendly and available. He lives next door and provided detailed instructions about every room, it's equipment, and the surroundings- which was appreciated. The house is big and had everything we needed. We could also use their normal bicycles and helmets to ride in the neighborhood. Highly recommend it!

Wir waren eine Gruppe von 8 Personen und waren von dem Haus begeistert. Sehr gut ausgestattet und modern. Carina stand uns bei Fragen direkt zur Verfügung und hat so unseren Aufenthalt sehr angenehm gemacht. Wir kommen gerne wieder

Our family stayed at this beautiful Country cabin type of home for a week during Easter vacation. Sabine and her family were wonderful and helpful and treated us like family. The home and location was perfect for our stay in Germany as it was central to places we wished to visit and see. The elevator, Sauna and ping pong table were fun bonuses. The two vehicle garage was perfect for us and with each room being on its own level and having its own washroom and shower was beneficial, there is no common washroom in the home however this was a minor detail for us. The home was fully equipped with cooking items and cutlery and dishes and has a wine fridge. We enjoyed watching the wildlife from the large windows. The town sits next to the Danube River and has a beautiful Church, its own Bakery and two restaurants/bars as well a sports play area with mini-putt and curling. The next town is 10 mins away which has a Grocery Store. We would love to visit her home again.

Fantastic place. More fun than staying at a hotel. Short & easy bus ride from the rail station. Views from the bedroom are great and the outdoor deck is a nice place to relax. It's in a quiet, safe neighborhood and the old downtown area is a short walk away. Bathroom is clean, spacious with a comfortable sized shower area, which is pleasant compared to the cramped "phone booth"-style showers I'm used to in Germany. I did not take full advantage of the kitchen facilities, but it seemed to have everything you need in order to cook your own meals with a supermarket right up the street. Nick was super easy to contact, accommodating and met me on site and gave me the tour. Never had to reach out since everything worked and nothing was missing. Thanks, definitely my favorite Airbnb bookings to date! Thanks!

Dejvid is an excellent host, and made us feel right at home. The appartment has everything you need, and Dejvid has some excellent recommendations for things to do in the neighbourhood.

Ursula und ihr Mann sind sehr freundliche, hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich, sauber, gut ausgestattet, ruhig gelegen, toller Sitzplatz mit Garten. Ich würde jederzeit wieder gehen.

Wir konnten leider nur einen Nacht bleiben, waren aber ausgesprochen positiv beeindruckt von der kleinen Wohnung. Gerne hätten wir dort mehr Zeit verbracht! Valeria ist wirklich super nett und denkt einfach an alles! Diese Unterkunft werden wir auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank nochmal an Valeria!

Wir haben die Unterkunft von Sandra für unseren Osterbesuch der Verwandtschaft gebucht und sie waren total begeistert! Die Buchung ging super schnell und unkompliziert, Sandra hat sofort auf unsere Rückfragen geantwortet und alles war am Tag der Ankunft wie besprochen bereit. Unsere Verwandten fand die Wohnung wunderbar und ebenso den lieben Kontakt zu Sandra und ihrer Familie. Wir werden sicher wieder auf Sandra zurückkommen, falls sich erneut Besuch anmeldet ☺️🧡

Kapka a été très réactive et serviable, nous avons pu laisser les bagages jusqu'à l'heure souhaitée. Le logement est super confortable et calme. Nous avons pu profiter de Stuttgart tout en étant dans un lieu paisible. Les transports fonctionnent super bien. Je recommande chaudement les piscines d'eau thermale, elles sont géniales. Nous reviendrons sans hésitation !

schöne wohnung für einen kurzen aufenthalt, wenn man nicht mitten in der stadt sein will/muss, aber dennoch mit guter anbindung. bis auf 2-3 kleinigkeiten war alles in bester ordnung und ulrike hat immer geantwortet und ihre hilfe angeboten :)

muy lindo lugar, cerca del centro histórico de stuttgart, una zona tranquila pero con bares y cafeterías para sentarse y comer algo, el departamento estaba muy bien de espacio y bien equipado, volvería sin dudas! muchas gracias Rosi
