Hanworth has the largest and one of the last remaining enclosed commons in England with grazing cattle, covering 35 acres and borders the privately owned Gunton Park, a 1,000-acre deer park, home to the award-winning Gunton Arms.

The Beach House

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Situated on a private estate with a central communal green that leads down to the beautiful beach. There’s a lovely patio areas with gates that open onto the huge green that is great to kick a ball around on or play a game of badminton! There are a couple of benches at the edge of the green that you can relax on and take in the beautiful views of the beach and sea!

This fabulous open plan ground floor apartment is set in the peaceful village of Roughton just five minutes from the seaside town of Cromer. Private enclosed garden opening onto the main beautifully presented two acre garden beyond. The main garden opens for the National Garden Scheme.
