Beach house vacation rentals in Metropolitan City of Venice

We spent a relaxing week after the tourist season when all the shops and campsites were already closed. The beach was deserted and in one of the few open restaurants we only met Italian guests. That was nice.

The most wonderful and charming slice of Italy you could ever imagine. Quiet, peaceful, and charming with espresso, wine & baked goods just a few steps away. This will give you the amazing side of Italy you can't find in any tourist area.

The place is fantastic. The welcome is very loving, everything is so nicely prepared with a welcome gift, just fantastic. The place is much bigger than I thought. Very clean!! Everything is available, nothing is missing. The veranda is also very large and invites you to linger. Simone had great tips for the area. Too bad we were just passing through. We would have liked to have stayed much longer. So we will definitely return!

Rossella and Walter has made our stay in Lido di Venezia a very cosy, comfortable experience. The place is so great and new. Rossella has really thought it through what’s needed for her guests… and gone beyond to prepare so many things for our great stay. We left Lido with a smile and a wish to come back… when we very likely choose Rossella’s place again 😍 Grazie 🥰

We spent a week in Laura's apartment in Sottomarina and felt very comfortable. The kitchen is very well equipped, the furnishings are homely and cozy. Laura gave us good recommendations for restaurants and things to do in the area, she was easily accessible and answered our questions very quickly. We liked the location very much - in the middle of the small alleys of Sottomarina and at the same time not far from the beach, the lagoon, and shopping, restaurants and bars/cafes. Clear recommendation!

Absolutely fantastic location, extremely clean and suitable for our party of 6. Would definitely stay again.

Everything was super. It is close to the beach and to the shops/restaurants, we got sun-umbrella, Caribe Bay is a few mins walk only. Luisa is very kind and helped us to have a wonderful vacation.

Lovely cottage with pool

The place is beautifully located in a great complex. The pool with a hot tub and a separate toddler area was fantastic. The apartment is equipped with everything a pleasant vacation needs and more. Alessandro and Stella were always available and very helpful and nice. The complex is super private and very nicely landscaped and clean. We will be happy to come back!

We were 9 people, including 4 children . We really enjoyed our stay. The beach is 5 minutes' walk away. Have been not far from the center. Location was great. Check-in and check-out was great. We were able to enter the house earlier by arrangement and were also able to leave later on our departure. For small children it is not so suitable as it went down stairs from the house via stone stairs and meadow was also down mountain. Otherwise everything is great. We will definitely be back!

We enjoyed Stefano‘s place a lot. The swimming pool was a hit for our children and in fact for everyone. We are a patchwork family of eight persons and we could separate us in the two half’s of the house. Very practical was that those who wanted to sleep long were not disturbed by the early birds. The garden and pool was super nice and we don’t most of the time outside. Because of the big awnings there was a always enough shade to take a break from the heat of the sun. For us it was a beautiful holiday for everyone.

The four of us had a wonderful time in the accommodation. This was really very clean, beautifully decorated… we felt right at home…. as if we had always been there. Inquiries were answered immediately… The complex is small but nice 😊 we were there for the second time and are always happy to come back. We also find the proximity to the shops and restaurants, within walking distance, very good. We are really more than happy to recommend the accommodation.

Really quiet and peaceful place; Very central to the area with shops practically 10 minutes away in every direction. Very clean and cozy place and fast check-in without problems; the ladies who run the place are very kind: very open to help in case of problems and very responsive during the stay in the place. Week spent in joy and tranquility!

The house is large and very spacious. It is surrounded by a beautiful fenced garden. There is a nice pool for the entire complex. The beach is about 10 minutes away and a supermarket can be reached in 3 minutes. Umberto is very friendly and helpful. It was a very nice holiday

The little house was very easy to find and was immediately very welcoming for me, my partner and the dog. It is a small house in Calle, very typical and well maintained. A five-minute walk from the main street of Chioggia, quite close to the Sottomarina bridge. Nearby there are many bars and restaurants with great dishes. For those traveling with dogs, it is in a good position to take walks on the pier or, a few minutes longer towards Sottomarina, in a well-equipped parking lot with a dedicated area for our four-legged friends!

Great house and location. Spacious and with garden in a very nice city and very homey and calm, a place to feel at home, close to the sea. Really enjoyed our presence. Would come back. Paola extremely helpful - in fact made our arrival possible at short notice. Ps really loved the paintings in the house.

Very nice place to stay with perfect location. A 5-minute walk to the beach. Dog beach a few minutes drive away. Good restaurants, supermarket and bakery around the corner. We and our dogs felt very comfortable. Absolutely recommended for families with dog(s)👍❤️. Everything went absolutely smoothly.

We had a great stay all around! The house is in a super nice and quiet location – perfect for relaxing and at the same time making many excursions. The surroundings are beautiful and offer numerous opportunities for exploration. We were particularly enthusiastic about the well-equipped kitchen and the outdoor area. There is a small garden – ideal for breakfast or to sit together comfortably in the evening. Despite the quiet location, you can walk to the vaporetto in just about 10 minutes, which makes the connection really easy. The host was always easily accessible, helpful and immediately available to us for questions – a really great service! All in all it was a super nice stay which we very much enjoyed. We would come back anytime and can highly recommend the place!

It was really nice house to stay with my mom and my son. We have been warmly welcomed by our guests. The location is perfect to visit the region and enjoy the beach. It’s well equipped, clean and big enough. The garden and the terrasse are also really nice for lunches and diners. I can only recommend so stay there!

It was a good location, not far from the bus stop, and easy access to Chioggia and the beach. A bike is also given by the owner that can be used. Shop,restaurants nearby. Nice clean and cozy apartment with everything you need. Chiara was helpful with everything. Thank you very much

We had a very nice family vacation with our two children (4+8 years). It was great that we could check in flexibly and thus move into the house directly and did not have to bridge the time with the children somewhere. The two landlords were always available to us and responded within a few minutes. The communication in person was in English and therefore no problem for us. The house was absolutely clean and had everything you need: washing machine, dishwasher, hair dryer. Even with oven, great! The bicycles that were available to us were also very practical. Shopping and the beach are within a few minutes' walk. We liked to water the flowers, because we also enjoyed the sight. Unfortunately, nothing perfect has been invented against the mosquitoes, but we had enough "Autan" with us. Unfortunately, WLAN is not included, but on the other hand, we could slow down completely and therefore saw it as rather positive.

Great place for families with kids! It offers enough space and play opportunities for children. Alex was very quickly accessible and accommodating (for example, we needed a fan again, without which we would not have survived at night.. was very warm in August). Thank you again!
