It was a great vacation with a nice apartment. Everything was perfect. Very, very nice hosts. Our daughter didn't want to go home anymore. There was nothing missing from the apartment, on the contrary we were so amazed that the hosts really thought of everything. Clean and flawless. Very big praise. We will be back.

Throughout my trip to Europe, I had not been touched by such a friendly person as Zoé, she was attentive all the time for our concerns and questions. I can say that I loved the apartment and if I returned to Venice I obviously did not hesitate and I would stay with Zoé.

We had a great time in a very clean apartment that was as advertised. Walter was a great host, very welcoming and gave us many helpful tips. The 4 L bus station is 200 m from the apartment and the bus allows you to reach Venice in 15 minutes. Price 3 euros per trip but if you have a vaporetto city pass you can also take the buses going to mestre. The apartment is a 10-minute walk from the train station, ideal for taking the shuttle bus to Treviso. In front of the building you will find a supermarket open every day. The apartment is located outside of Venice, in Marghera area, which is perfect for those visitors who like to enjoy the city but also return to a quite private place away from cuty hustle for a peaceful night. It’s 15mins walking distance from the station where a bus takes you directly to Venice, or a tram to Mestre train station. The building as well as the apartment is new, secured and very well aranged. It was clean, with all amenities needed. Serena was an excellent host, very friendly and responsive, nice and professional. Her willingness to make the most of your stay as well as recommendations on restaurants & nearby places make her very welcoming and easy to communicate. Overall, a nice stay, would recommend this place!

In October, Jesolo is generally extremely quiet compared to July. The shops are almost all closed. However, we were informed before the rent that Jesolo is very quiet in October. The quiet time could be enjoyed by pleasant walks on the beach. The beach is right at the apartment and you could enjoy the beach for yourself with a few other people. I highly recommend the host because of the care that you are well. Think along and proactively reach out for helpful tips and information. The apartment is small but nice. We like the location very much and we will be happy to come back. Thank you for everything to the hosts.

Nice and clean apartment right at the beach with own beach chairs. Very quiet and still next to shopping and restaurants. We fully enjoyed our stay here. We booked very last minute and Frencis made it possible to meet us in 1 h. She is super nice and very helpful.

The house is wonderfully quiet - out of hunting season. The pool is clean and plenty of loungers are provided. If you have a wide car, you will have trouble at the bridge. The kitchen furnishings are moderate, but it is enough for quickly what to do. The landlords are very nice and helpful, you can only wander in Italian. We would book the house again.

Great place to stay and visit venice!

The accommodation is in a super location, although there was already a lot (October), just across the street from a great restaurant. The proximity to the sea is super straight with children. The house is equipped with everything you need, the rooms are super divided and the two bathrooms are worth gold with 7 people. Everything worked great and when we needed help with the heating, it took 15 minutes and there was someone in the house to help. I will definitely remember this place to come again when it's warmer.

Leo was a great host, accurate in providing us with directions and quick to respond when we needed some clarification. The house, recently renovated, is in a great location and Leo furnished it with good taste, nothing was missing and also provided us with 4 bicycles! It was a very relaxing stay. Thank you 😊

My family and I were traveling through Italy and stayed for two nights in this pleasant place. The atmosphere of the big house was very cozy and calm. We woke up to the sound of birds singing. Free parking for our car was a few meters from the entrance. Marziano met us and showed us his house, instructed us in detail about how the appliances work in the house. By evening it became a little cool and Marziano, at our request, turned on additional heating. The house has three bedrooms and three large bathrooms. Marziano's tips for choosing a restaurant were very helpful. We visited one of the recommended fish restaurants. It was wonderful. It was convenient to get to all the interesting places of our trip by car. Thanks to Marziano for the hospitality.

Excellent, definitely the best place I've ever had. The house is spectacular and the detail of leaving things for breakfast like juices, coffee and sweets makes it even more enjoyable. 10/20!

the residence is clean, tidy, checked. The pool and common areas are clean and the hours of rest are always respected with great politeness. The location is optimal for nearby activities and for local restaurants and beaches. A recognition for the great professional skills of Mrs. Alessandra; she is committed to finding a solution to any unexpected problems that may arise. She has great empathy and proactive communication. Family vacation we felt very good. We recommend the experience. If I can only give a marginal small improvement suggestion, regarding the parking area: maybe you would need the indication of the number of places; otherwise everything matches the expectations and perfect

Ideal stay of 5 days for my family (2 adults and 2 children aged 4 and 7). The apartment is spacious and clean, equipped with kitchen/living room, bathroom, double bedroom (1st level) and living room/children's room (2nd level). There are 2 comfortable terraces. Air-conditioned on the two levels, accessible through stairs. There is convenient uncovered private parking for the car. The host provided us with 3 bicycles and gave us the place on the beach with 1 umbrella and 2 chairs in an excellent location about 500m as the crow flies from the apartment. You will also find the washing machine and the host has enough sheets and towels for the stay. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils and dishes and is equipped with a dishwasher, fridge, freezer, and coffee maker (thanks again for the welcome waffles!). There are several supermarkets and shops nearby, you won't miss anything. Chiara's instructions are courteous, precise and punctual, thank you for everything!

Very central, clean with everything you need for short stay

A great modern apartment in a central location. The beach, restaurants and shops are all on your doorstep however the apartment is very quiet and has a lovely private terrace. Very clean and great amenities plus excellent air conditioning for an August visit. Identical to the pictures. The pool, sauna, steam room and gym are also very clean and make the Star Palace complex an excellent place to stay. A day trip to Venice is very convenient via a private bus pick up point which is 30 seconds from the apartment and then a boat trip from Jesolo, Piazza Faro. Cinzia was very responsive and helpful with the beach club booking advice etc. Lots to recommend.

I thought it was the best choice in Venezia to stay, a very spacious place, very quiet, very safe, pleasant and pleasant. All very careful, the decor and layout look like a hotel. We would definitely go back again!!
