House vacation rentals in Metropolitan City of Palermo

Amazing place with a pool and hot tub right on the beach! Perfect location (must have a car) to drive to Cefalu for a day trip. I could have stayed here for longer. There was a grill we used to make dinner. House was in great condition just as pictured. Highly recommend.

Wow! Where to begin with this place. It was such a wonderful stay in a beautifully quaint location, close enough to essential amenities but far enough from hustle and bustle for a truly relaxing holiday away. Stefano was beyond the most helpful airbnb host we’ve experienced! Met us in town to take us to the place, offered fruit, veg and herbs from his home-grown garden and even helped us take our cases back to our car which we decided to park a little further away due to the very steep narrow hill to get to the location. Nothing that bothered us at all though, it was amazing and worth every penny!

Villa oli aivan upea, kauniisti sisustettu, vieraiden tarpeet otettiin kaikessa huomioon. Paolo isäntänä oli mahtava, kyseli tarpeitamme, vastasi heti viesteihin ja järjesti meille villalle upean yksityiskokin ja he kokkasivat meille sisilialaisen upean, ylellisen aterian. Uima-allas, kylpyhuoneiden ja makuuhuoneiden määrä, kaikki oli aivan täydellistä!

Ett väldigt vackert hus med helt otrolig utsikt uppe i bergen. Uteplatsen och poolen är pricken över i. Cinisi är en underbar stad med både god mat och trevligt folk. Tänk på att det behövs bil då huset ligger en bit från staden. Superfint att vandra uppåt i bergen också. Rekommenderar varmt!

Roberto ist ein toller Gastgeber, er ist sehr fürsorglich und hat uns super bei allen Fragen unterstützt. Wir haben uns immer sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist in einer Traumhaften Lage, auf jeder Ebene mit toller Aussicht aufs Meer. Das Highlight ist der Private Zugang zum Meer. Der Pool bietet alles was man für einen tollen Urlaub benötigt. Parkplätze sind im Grundstück vorhanden. Wir hatten einen VW Bus, ein Motorrad und ein kleines Mietauto dabei. (und Mountainbikes) Die nähe zum Flughafen war für uns sehr praktisch, weil wir mit der ganzen Familie dort waren und unsere Kinder zu verschiedenen Zeiten angereist sind. Ein eigenes Auto ist notwendig um Mobil zu sein. Für uns war es perfekt weil wir ca. 50 min ins Kletterparadies San Vito del Capo benötigten und auch mal nach Palermo fahren konnten. Die Entfernung zu den schönsten Orten in West Sizilien sind mit <1Std. zu erreichen. das Wohngebiet ist sehr Ruhig und gepflegt und wir haben uns immer sicher gefühlt. Danke an Roberto

We had a great time staying at the large spacious villa. A real nice view from the terrace on the pool and sea and garden! Very friendly and helpful host Guiseppe. I can really recommend this beautiful villa!

Een stukje paradijs in Sicilië! Een heerlijk huisje om uit te rusten na allerlei leuke uitstapjes in de buurt. Het zwembad en het fenomenale zicht waren fantastisch, net zoals het bezoek van de kat & de schattige ezeltjes. Ute reageerde snel & was heel erg behulpzaam, alle restaurants die ze aanraad zijn een echte must! Als we nog eens terugkomen, zouden we niet twijfelen om hier terug te verblijven. Ute & haar huisje kregen meer sterren indien het kon!

100/10 the house was so beautiful and looked just like the photos. The pool was clean and amazing with rafts and a diving board. Air conditioning inside the house, beautiful garden and lots of outside space to sit and enjoy. Emanuele was super responsive and helpful every time we needed anything. His father and mother met us at the house for check in and were super lovely!! They set up a surprise of snacks and treats and made us feel like family. They also gave us some local recommendations and had waters and coffee at the house. Everything you need is right at the house and the grocery store is 5 minute drive away.

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und in das schöne Appartement geführt! Alles war blitzsauber und der Anblick vom Balkon ist ganz wunderbar. Zu jeder Tageszeit! Toll war, dass die Utensilien für den Strand auch zur Verfügung standen! Für uns als Rucksackreisende war das natürlich toll! Ich habe mich schwer getan wieder abzureisen! Nochmals vielen Dank!

Amazing place! It felt like home. Alessandro was very responsive and kind enough to accommodate any of our needs. Pictures show the beauty of the place: nice private terrace, spacious bedrooms and a nice new kitchen. A small bakery and a supermarket just around the corner was a nice benefit. 10min walk to the beach in a safe area. We will definitely come back!

An incredible view of the bay, the apartment is very nice and modernly decorated and everything is very clean! Many drinks are provided upon arrival, including wine, beer and Aperol, which made us feel very welcome and immediately at home! Carlo is very helpful and always available, he gave us tips about the area and organized an airport transfer at an unbeatable price! We did notice a lot of traffic noise during a few nights, but it could be due to the public holiday in Italy…

Ein wirklich tolles Airbnb! Sebastiano und Rosa haben sich sehr viel Mühe bei der Einrichtung gegeben. Viel Liebe zum Detail. Die Kommunikation war super - alles war perfekt beschrieben und organisiert. Sauber, alle Küchenutensilien da, die man braucht. Zur Kathedrale sind es ca 20 min zu Fuß. Wir sind auch viel mit dem Bus gefahren, der in der Nähe vom Airbnb abfährt. Perfekt war auch der kostenlose Parkplatz direkt gegenüber vom Airbnb. Alles wirklich zu empfehlen!😊

Gabriele’s place is great to relax and explore the surrounding part of Sicily. I’ll definitely recommend a car to get around and do the shopping but essentials such as ice cream and a bakery are in walking distance. The place fits 7-8 people easily and all the essentials are there. Gabriele is a great host, kind and super responsive! Definitely would come back.

Die Terrasse mit dem Blick über den Olivenhain bis zum Meer hin ist absolut phantastisch! Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber sowie gemütlich und schön eingerichtet. Die Zusammenstellung der Ideen für Restaurants, Beaches und Ausflüge fanden wir sehr hilfreich. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Jennifer and Kim were proactive before our arrival, giving us clear directions on where we could meet, then guiding us to parking and helping us with our luggage to the apartment (this is a hillside ancient town, lots of narrow alleys and a multitude of stairs). They kept in contact though-out our visit, even picking up recyclables and trash when needed. The apartment had most essentials in stock that we were free to use. The spacious downstairs bedroom with its own bath & a desk gave us parents privacy from the adult children,, and both bedrooms had balconies with hillside views. The terrace on the roof had a large sitting area and a separate table with a cloth sunscreen overhead, which proved to be a wonderful place to hang out in both morning and evening. Jennifer arranged for a chef and his mate to provide a home cooked meal with wine, served on the rooftop, a highlight of our stay. If you want to stay out of the way near Palermo, this is definitely a place to stay.

This place is a very special find in Palermo! It’s located close to the old town with plenty restaurants and bars close by. The apartment itself is super nice - very clean, beautifully decorated and provides all you need (and more) for a stay. Matthias is a great host, replies quickly and welcomed us warmly when we arrived. He helped us out right away when we had a question. We can highly recommend his place!

Ho alloggiato 4 giorni in casa di Agata. Un soggiorno stupendo. La casa è perfetta: fresca, silenziosa, a soli 15 minuti a piedi dalla splendida spiaggia di Mondello e da tutti i servizi. Agata è una host eccezionale, veramente attenta e premurosa. Consigliatissimo!

We had a fantastic stay at this beautifully maintained Airbnb! The space was spotless, stylishly decorated, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The hosts were incredibly responsive and welcoming, making check-in and communication a breeze. One thing to note: the property is located next to an event center, which means you might hear music and festivities, especially on weekends or during special events. We unfortunately heard 4 nights of loud music. While even having the shades and windows closed, we still needed noise canceling airpods to still drown out the sound. We also had the upstairs bedroom and the downstairs bedrooms did not hear the music. It might be something to consider if you're looking for total quiet. Overall, we loved the vibrant location and the convenience of being close to local attractions. If you're looking for a clean, cozy, and well-located place with flare!

Vi nød vort ophold hos Anastasia i fulde drag! Alt var som bekrevet. Lejligheden ligger utrolig smukt tæt på klippen og med egen ugenert terrassen med fuld udsigt over byen og havet. Bedste og billigste parkering er ved stationen, men pas på ikke at få en parkeringsbøde, da vagterne ikke ser efter, om der allerede ligger en gyldig parkeringsbillet. Anastastia var den perfekte vært. Køleskabet var fyldt med lækkerier og vi fik en dejlig hilsen på vores honeymoon. Vi kan på det varmeste anbefale Anastasia til all par, der vil bo og leve godt i Cefalu.

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in diesem Airbnb! Die Unterkunft war super sauber, gemütlich und gut ausgestattet. Der Gastgeber war äußerst freundlich, hilfsbereit und hat uns wertvolle Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben. Die Lage war perfekt – ruhig, aber dennoch zentral. Ich habe mich vom ersten Moment an sehr wohl gefühlt und würde definitiv wieder hier buchen. Absolut empfehlenswert für jeden, der eine angenehme und entspannte Unterkunft sucht!

Sabrina is a very kind and responsive host. She took the time to send lots of local recommendations. She was very proactive in helping is with an issue with the water late at night. The apartment is very spacious and the bed is very comfortable!

Sono stato ospite Di Vincenzo dal 21/06 al 25/06, mi sono trovato benissimo, appartamento piccolo ma con tutte le comodità anche quelle non dovute.... Tutto nuovo e pulitissimo posizionato in una zona molto strategica dove ci si può muovere benissimo anche a piedi, e consiglio di farlo anche perché l'unico peccha è proprio per il parcheggio dell'auto, la sera non si trova facilmente, Ma nel sommato éuna pecca risulta in rilevante per tutto il resto. Vincenzo e un Host serio e affidabile, gentile e amichevole Consiglio Vincenzo e il suo appartamento, da parte mia é un arrivederci perché se dovessi tornare a Palermo (e ci torno) sarà la mia prima scelta!

David war ein super Gastgeber. Die Wohnung liegt direkt in der Nähe vom Bahnhof und man ist innerhalb weniger Minuten in der Innenstadt von Palermo. Die Wohnung ist geräumig und man hat alles was man braucht. wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen!

C’était un moment hors du temps. Mon seul regret, c’est de ne pas y être restée plus longtemps. C’était bien plus que parfait : la vue est incroyable, le quartier est calme… Une véritable bulle, un instant magique. L’hôte est très gentille et souriante, tout était parfaitement propre. Je recommande à 100 % !
