The interior rooms are all air-conditioned and the kitchen is masonry. The property is immersed in greenery, it is part of a residence and the beach is about 250 meters away. Only 7 km away you can visit the famous and touristy Arab-Norman town of Cefalù, 65 km. the city of Palermo, 150 km. Agrigento, Trapani/Erice/Marsala, 170 km away. Catania.

Shelter in the cellar

Small independent apartment made from the family cellar, 4 km from the nearest beach. To reach it, a car or a shake is essential. I would define the Spartan retreat, essential, colorful, clean, cheerful. Those who expected to find everything impeccable, new, branded, definitely change the listing. I don't recommend it to Airbnb users who may not have understood the difference between a private environment, a hotel, and a BnB. Thank you

Located in Capaci, the guest house Lovi Room with step-free access and interior has everything you need for a comfortable holiday.
