My Renaissance Cottage was built in 1935. Two bedrooms, high-end kitchen, dining room, large living area, 2 new bathrooms; laundry. Corner lot with shade trees, gardens, patio with fire pit & grill. Two blocks from hospital, one from courthouse, sheriff, and city police. Main Street is a couple of blocks. Enjoy restaurants, coffee shop, clothing/gift stores, movie theater, post office, seasonal parades and events. Take a walk or ride our bikes through town, or across the street at Forestry Park.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located remodeled home on a quiet street in beautiful Bottineau, ND. Originally a 1900’s Granary, it was moved to its current location in the early 1940’s & additions were added for the kitchen, bathroom and a 2nd bedroom. The home has all hard surface flooring for easy clean up and is uniquely decorated in a rustic farmhouse theme. We even left exposed some treasures like the brick chimney and aged wood siding found during the recent remodel.

Pelican Lake is a few mins walk, as is the Motor Hotel (beer store), a grocery store, (gas stn. & liquor mart), a Lounge & Restaurant, Bait Store, and post office.

Families love the space and the animals! We are located approximately 30 miles from the J. Clark Salyer Refuge, a bird lovers paradise; and approximately 60 miles from the International Peace Garden. A great space for family gatherings! If you need more space book the basement also, it is listed as the "LayZtee Addition".
