Royal Roads University is only a 15 min bike ride away. The evenings are so peaceful here. During the day you hear the neighboring sounds sometimes but still peaceful most of the time. Michelle and I are retired professionals. Our place is close to Weirs Beach, Lester Pearson College, Galloping Goose Trail, East Sooke Regional Park. You’ll love our place because of the location, the coziness, the views, the peaceful setting. Our place is good for couples, solos and business travelers. It is c. 40 mins drive to central Victoria. We are on 2 acres of wooded property with a self-contained suite over our garage. We are frequently visited by deer, rabbits & eagles. Lic.no. 001670.
