We loved the stay and felt very comfortable. The oranges from the garden were very tasty and the New Year's cake we got made the year 2025 start well :-). We would definitely come back to the accommodation if we go back to Leonidio on vacation.

It was from this vacation that we all really enjoyed the house, it's really great. The terrace, the balconies with a view and the garden for our mornings and evenings will be unforgettable. The space inside is very nice, like the photos, functional air conditioners in all rooms and nothing was missing from the kitchen. The location is very good, it is very quiet but in 3 minutes walk you are on small, beautiful beaches that we spent all day, and in nice restaurants. For a supermarket, it needs a car but it's very close! Our hosts were very helpful and responded very quickly. Thanks so much!

very small village with friendly folk, and very few, but great places to eat. Costas was extemly friendly and helpful, in fact, he escorted us through the village and did he's very best to make us feel at home!!

Claude and Marianne's place is perfect. It is comfortable, it is well furnished, and it has one of the most beautiful views in the world from the balcony: the harbor of Pylos, whose water glistens in the sun. Claude and Marianne are friendly and helpful.

Words can't describe this place and Dia our hostess. Before we got there, Dia went above and beyond to help us with our plans, both on our travel there and during our stay. From the minute we stepped in we felt right at home. Everything you need is there and the surroundings are simply magnificent. From the view from the apartment to the private beach below. It was everything we could ask for. A true paradise we would like to keep to ourselves for future trips.. and of course Dia who made our vacation even more enjoyable and made sure we have everything we need. Thank you Dia!

We had a wonderful stay in Kalamata! We booked last minute due to our other reservation in Volos being canceled for the recent storm damage, so our visit in Kalamata was a happy accident. The views from the villa could not be more beautiful, the space was very private, the house was extremely clean, we had everything we needed there, plus extra treats we were not expecting. The villa is on the side of a mountain and the streets of Kalamata and surrounding towns are windy, narrow and at times very steep, so expect an eventful drive to get here! All that aside, it was easy to find, and we were walking distance to some great beaches and restaurants. Highly recommend! Would stay again.

Great house, great view, great service, personal welcoming. Just the initial communication wasn't perfect and until the day we arrived we didn't know how to get into the house. The administrators live in the same street so you can arrive at flexible hours.

Beautiful location, peaceful and quiet, great views. Few mins drive to the beach. This was by far one of the top Airbnb’s we’ve ever stayed in. Nikolaos was extremely kind and welcoming. The house and grounds are gorgeous. Orange & lemon trees in bloom during our stay in April were heavenly. The scents, the views of Palmidi were something to behold. All of the privacy you could ask for yet 5 min to town for everything. We would definitely come back and recommend to all. The kids loved it. Outdoor movie at night was so fun. The bathroom is spa level perfection. Absolutely stunning. And Nikolaos left us a bountiful gift food basket of local delicacies, wine & more. Wow…. All other hosts should take a tip from this host. Simply the best. Thank you SO much for the memories :)

Beautiful property, cleverly designed and very close to the famous Costa Navarino golf courses! Convenient location to explore the many picturesque villages of the region! The owner is very helpful and willing to help when needed! Highly recommended and we will certainly return!

Beautiful apartment, generously equipped by host including home made jam and liqueur. Host was always ready to help and advise. The outside space, 2 balconies and patio/garden kitchen was really remarkable. The beautiful sandy beaches nearby provided wonderful swimming opportunities. Plentiful choices for restaurants in Gialova (less than 5 mins in car) or Pylos ( 20 mins) . Nestors palace nearby if you like the ancient sites,

Staying with Giannis was really nice. The beach house corresponds to the photos, the sea is right outside the door! There are numerous restaurants and also good shopping in the village itself. We had a rental car, which makes it easy to explore the area, Nafplion is also very easy to reach. Giannis is an excellent host who was always easily accessible and regularly asked us if anything was missing. He also showed us the place and gave us a lot of good tips. We felt very comfortable right away!

Communication was great, everything was hassle-free. We had minor problems with electricity and water, but got immediate support. Firewood for the fireplace was available for a week and some drinking water was provided for us. Thank you

Excellent place to stay at Kythira. Peaceful with beautiful surroundings and close to nature. The apartment was tastefully decorated and fully equipped and we had all we needed during our stay. The hosts are very kind and friendly. I highly recommend this place to stay at Kythira.

We loved our stay! The villa has a modern rustic feel to it (beautiful stone work). It’s very spacious and tastefully decorated, with amazing views of the sea and the hills. Even though it’s close to other neighbors, we didn’t hear any noises other than roosters, dogs and donkeys (we think?)! We loved the peace and quiet, the lush courtyard garden with trees, and the beautiful terrace and other outdoor sitting areas. Nancy and Irini were super helpful and friendly, with good tips for grocery stores and beaches. Irini met us at the bottom of the hill when we arrived and guided us to the villa. We’d love to come back for even longer next time!

The place was easy to find. The apartment is equipped with everything you need for cooking and eating. The hostess was easily accessible. You can easily walk to the beach. The water from the tap can only be used for washing up and showering. It is salty and should not even be used for cooking!
