Vacation rentals with lake access in Messenia

We've been very well welcomed by Giorgos' family, the house was very cute and quiet ! A bit hard to reach, and the road to join the beach is slightly long but nice house nevertheless ! We even got to taste the family's olives !

Lovely place!! Close to the village. Exceptional view. ideal for 1 or 2 people, as the space is small.

Absolutely loved Archico. The photos don't really do it justice, it's a beautiful villa with lovely areas to sit and eat both inside and out. Bathrooms are great. Very clean. Comfy beds. Great storage. Great communication for check in and out which was in person (unusual these days and welcomed). Thank you for enabling an early check in. A 10 minute walk to the Giolava restaurants. Parking tight but fine for a regular family car. We would happily stay again.

The property is 20 minutes drive by car to the old town of Nafplion and 3 minutes walk to the small but very nice beach. Overall, we enjoyed the location and also the neighborhood very much. Everyone was friendly and we would come back if we drive through here again. Very comfortable bed

We were staying for more than two weeks in Vaso‘s lovely house and enjoyed the wonderful and beautiful garden a lot. It’s a private location with a big and well-kept garden and a wonderful view to the sea. The location is exactly as described and offers a peaceful, quiet retreat for families and people who like to spend their vacation in a private and natural surrounding. The kitchen is well-equipped for self-catering and there are also many nice taverns and restaurants in Zacharo and villages nearby. There are many interesting places to explore nearby, e.g. ancient Olympia, Neda waterfalls, lake Kaiphia and many great beaches. Vaso is a great host. We all had a wonderful time and look forward to coming back in the near future.

The property to was easy to find thanks to the signage on main road than another futher in otherwise would have been difficult to find. Property in a quite location but close to beach . The house and gardens were impecable. House was spacious for a family of 4. Felt very comfortable and cosy. I highly recommend this place for a family. Host attended to all our enquiries during our stay. Would stay here again!!

Rooms spotlessly well cared for. Nothing was missing. Mr. Giannis is amazing. Friendly K always ready to serve. I highly recommend it for an affordable stay in Filiatra.

It is a peaceful, quiet apartment with fabulous views. We thoroughly enjoyed all the amenities and the location. waking up to such a wonderful vista was the best way to start the day!
