The stay at Eleni place was perfect for our group of 10 friends. There is space enough for everything and everyone to share. I really like recommend this place. Eleni was super nice and welcoming. Leonidio is beautiful and from the house you can easily walk to the center where all the restaurants are.

The place is immaculate. The house literally spotless. Very thoughtful. In a very good spot for what you want to start doing in the surrounding area. This is the second time we prefer and definitely not the last. The host is exemplary. Thank you very much!!!

Small ground floor apartment, very simple; matches the photos well. The essentials are available to stay there (may be missing a coffee maker;) ). Very clean. Shared but nice exterior. The main room that acts as a bedroom is air-conditioned (but relatively cool room even without air conditioning despite the outside heat). (No curtains at the glass entrance door so daylight wakes you up early but it allows you to enjoy the days longer!) Close to city center and beach. Quiet area. Very fluid communication, very nice hosts. 40 min from Pounda (port for Elafonissos) and 35 min from Monemvasia, so perfect location to crisscross the surrounding area. Zhenya is a very nice and attentive host. The apartment was very nice and tidy, with a great view of the surrounding neighborhood (and mountains!), and was very comfortable. I definitely recommend staying here!

Accommodation 5 minutes by car from Nauplia, easy to reach, with private parking. Available host, clean house, comfortable. Exactly as described.

This was quite a magical stay. Especially with a family the apartment provided everything that one would need and more. The hosts were so accommodating and responsive. Always ready to help and give suggestions. The property is taken care of with plenty to do for kids of all ages. It was truly a stay in paradise.

Great accommodation with bedrooms facing the sea, so you fall asleep with waves, the kitchen is well equipped, the view from the balcony is magnificent and the accommodation was clean. Communication with Dimitris was hassle-free and very friendly! Feel free to guest again at any time!!

Dimitri is a really great host, helpful and communicative all the time. We really felt at home here. Great location in the heart of Kyparissi, just around the corner of the supermarket, and a good value for the price. Beach and crags in walking distance. Can only recommend!

Claude and Marianne's place is perfect. It is comfortable, it is well furnished, and it has one of the most beautiful views in the world from the balcony: the harbor of Pylos, whose water glistens in the sun. Claude and Marianne are friendly and helpful.

It's one of the best homes we've stayed in. Much better than we expected. Spotless with many amenities. I highly recommend it!!

Small apartment pleasant to stay in, very clean, well-equipped and close to the ferry to Elafonissos Island and its beach of Simos, incredible! The small town of Neapoli is a 15-minute drive away and is also worth a visit for dinner or a drink while watching the sunset…

Pleasant accommodation with a large terrace overlooking the sea. Beautiful. We were greeted by Katerina's dad who is cheerful and attentive. Only small complaint: no air conditioning in one of the bedrooms. Despite this small inconvenience, I would recommend this listing and would definitely stay again.

We had the best time at this cosy apartment literally a minutes walk to a coffee shop, a supermarket and a decent selection of local tavernas. Our hosts were super responsive and friendly, offering local recommendations and making us feel right at home. Hard recommend! They recommended we rented a car and I’m really glad we did. The beaches with loungers and amenities are a few minutes easy drive, but probably too long a walk in the high temperatures. Tonnes of easy parking and a lovely picturesque drive from the airport! Thanks for a brilliant holiday!

The room was super clean and comfortable. Very good value for money. Mrs. Anastasia's hospitality is impeccable. We'll go for it again without a doubt.

Very beautiful house with all needed amenities. Extremely clean and with a very nice view. Large and spacious house. The heating with a radiator was very adequate and combined with the fireplace, it created a very cozy atmosphere. We highly recommend it. Konstantinos thanks for everything .

This house was very easy to find with great free parking and easy to get in and out of the building with the keys. The house itself is absolutely stunning, the pictures do not do it justice. Very roomy and spacious living room, well stocked kitchen, 2 bath rooms, washer and dryer and 3 bedrooms with 4 beds. Could easily sleep many many people. The balcony had a lovely view of the marina and many restaurants to choose from in the area, one even right downstairs. This is a gem, and anyone who stays here is lucky to do so. We didn’t want to leave.

I left with my fiance to celebrate our 10th birthday. We had a fantastic week at this apartment. The place, the view, the apartment, everything was perfect. We were hosted very well and were able to share a few moments with our hosts, it was a pleasure to meet them. They quickly put you at ease and you feel at home. Access to the almost private beach in 2 minutes is a big plus, we were delighted to have this surprise upon arrival. It's beautiful and we were practically alone there We came in the low season (November) and had no problems eating, shopping or some shopping on site, everything is open and the surrounding staff very welcoming. For me who has a lot of sleep issues, the only problem with this stay was the mattress, very bouncing. But when you're in a setting like that, it becomes a detail. If the opportunity to return presents itself, it will be without hesitation

Words are unnecessary in this home and above all for Hosts!They've noticed down to the last detail and haven't left to his fate,a lot of passion and always with a smile! Fully equipped you don't have to carry with you!!What can I say about the spotless house you're ashamed to stain!And because of children, our criteria were strict!The goodies he has in the refrigerator,fireplace, smart TV (who has young children understands !)Amazing beds and I could write about everything special!We recommend it and we will go again as it is a beautiful destination with many villages and activities to do near you!Horseback riding,ski, and more!Thank you Mr. Antoni and Mr. Katerina for your hospitality again!Kisses!

Villa Lagkadaki is a great place to relax and find some peace. Drivable distances to local traditional restaurants in Kotronas and Areopoli villages. Kitchenette available for cooking small meals. We stayed during wintertime and enjoyed the jacuzzi with the perfect view and the charming light of the burning fire of the stove. Summer is highly promising too as observed from the beachfront.
