Accommodation true to photos and perfect for a family. Everything is designed to make the stay enjoyable with children (games available, baby equipment, baby dishes, etc.). The setting is very nice and we could leave our dog safely in the garden because it is very well fenced. I would really recommend it.

The house and our stay were exactly what we needed for our brief Easter getaway! our host's communication was clear and forthcoming, and she was flexible when we needed to delay our arrival a little. check in was easy and clear, and the guides tour of the house and facilities beyond expectations. the amenities were great, we unfortunately didn't get to use the bicycles available... we did enjoy the warmth of the fireplace to take the edge off the spring evening temperatures! the beds were comfy, the shower hot and spacious, and having a second toilet is always a bonus. The only comment I had is that the cleaning fee for a 3 days stay was very high (roughly the same as we pay for a deep clean of our entire house, about twice the size of the property)... otherwise... perfect, and despite thatbone thing, we would still book again if they'll have us back! thanks you Danielle and Agence Cocoon!

Superb small clean home, very well equipped with kitchen utensils. difficult to watch TV, very pixelated and smelly living room carpet.... small gifts on arrival, super nice! We had a good time in this little house.

Étienne and Valérie are welcoming, available and yet discreet hosts. We had a great week in the townhouse of their residence, clean, very well equipped and with the fenced garden and terrace which are really a plus, especially for our dog! The quiet environment, the Carrefour Market a three-minute walk away and the beach a 7-minute walk away also make it a perfect place for holidays. Close to intra muros and 20 minutes from Cancale by car. I highly recommend this rental for a couple who likes to take long walks or a family with two children. Thank you Francoise for hosting us.

We had a great stay at Anaïs’ place. The house was very clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the facilities you might need. It’s well located for sightseeing, and definitely worth the price. Highly recommended!

What caught our attention most was the extreme quality of all the facilities, and the taste with which all the amenities, inside and outside were made; the staircase is beautiful , away from the mediocre standards often encountered in rentals; We really appreciated the floor of the upstairs bathroom, teak boat deck style, the quality of the kitchen, floor-to-ceiling windows, and the general layout of the rooms. The whole place is perfect, thank you to our host.

Very nice stay in the country house. The cottages are located in a very quiet place and surrounded by fields and forest. The country house has a lot of charm and has all the necessary amenities. The small private terrace is lovely. It was also a pleasure to visit donkey Titou every morning.

The gite was large. Upstairs a very spacious bedroom with Netflix TV. Downstairs dining table, bench, kitchen, shower and a separate toilet. Parking the car next to the cottage. Reception and goodbye hassle-free. There is not much special to do in the immediate vicinity. Centrally located for visits to Brittany's sights by car. Definitely recommended.

Very welcoming hosts, what a nice garden with all the animals. The house was perfect for the three of us with our baby. A real pleasure to have been able to spend a week in this beautiful place. Thanks again for everything, Marie :)

Very pleasant weekend at Georgina and Steve's. We enjoyed the welcome we received from the hosts. Having a bathroom and toilet in each room was also very much appreciated. The house is very large, very well-equipped: powerful vacuum cleaners, lots of dishes, a stove to warm up when returning from hiking. Ideal rental for stays with friends or for family reunions. Numerous sites to visit within a 20 km radius. Recommended.

We enjoyed our family weekend at Damien's place. Located just a few minutes walk from the beach, we were able to enjoy it with the kids. The accommodation is very well equipped whether indoors and outdoors. Everything is suitable for the number of guests and it's lovely. The house was lovely, simply but nicely decorated. We liked the earthen walls and the unique dry toilet. It was perfect for us. There were lots of little extras too, like games for children and interesting books. The house was equipped with everything you would need for your stay The garden was well kept and there were lots of places to walk our dog.

A warm welcome, little touches for our daughters and ourselves ( the jam is very good) the girls loved the trampoline. The space was clean and had everything. She's a beautiful person, we'll be back.

John and Michaela’s country cottage is a true gem with all the modern conveniences but all the charm of a 1700’s farmhouse. Everything worked great and provided a good base to explore the north coast of Brittany from St. Malo west to Perros- Guirec . Although we had some typical damp early April weather during our stay it was always warming to return and put a wood fire on in the living room. Definitely 5 stars!

Christine and Philippe's apartment is very nice, comfortable and clean, located in a beautifully wooded residence, very quiet and secure. A garage allows you to park the car safely. We were able to dine on the balcony. Christine was very responsive to the information requested and Philippe welcomed us on arrival. He gave us some great tips such as the hiking trail that leads to the center of Dinard without taking the car as well as the boat shuttle to Saint Malo. Breton specialties as well as a bouquet of flowers offered by Christine and Philippe were waiting for us in the apartment. We feel that they are people who do everything to make their tenants feel at home. This stay was perfect for us with 25/30 degrees all week and an excellent environment. We visited the surroundings, walked a lot, the area is beautiful, we have only one desire, to come back. The city of Dinard is beautiful. Thank you.
