This luxury vacation rental of 240 m2 is located on the ground floor of a very large villa built in 1976, formerly owned by a rich industrialist of the "thirty glorious years". Renovated while preserving the hedonistic identity of the place, the space is articulated around a 140 m2 room where you can swim, have lunch, relax or listen to music, and a large 40 m2 living room with billiards, 2 m diagonal TV, Canal+... virtual headset, video library, library. Small cottage between land and sea

In a small, very quiet hamlet between Dinan (20 min) and Saint-Malo (15 min), the vacation rental is a completely independent studio apartment on our property. Accessible by a staircase and not overlooked, it has a private garden, also not overlooked, with a table and chairs, umbrella, coffee table, deck chairs and barbecue. The swimming pool, heated to 28 degrees, is open from late June to early September and shared with us (who go there very little), and guests always have priority.
